When the armored giant brought its massive, double bladed battle axe down in a casual, vertical chop, Ragnarok99 had met it with his heavy greatsword. But there was no heroic struggle of equals. The moment the steel met, the sound of the impact was like a thunderclap, vibrating through the stone floor and straight into the bones of everyone present.
Ragnarok99's greatsword was violently forced downward. The sheer physical kinetic energy of the giant's strike drove him to his knees with a sickening crunch. The stone beneath his heavy iron boots shattered into a web of deep cracks, pulverizing into fine grey dust.
