Vv did not answer immediately and simply observed White Phantom.
The train continued moving beneath their feet, and the faint vibration of the floor passed through the practice room. Gabriel could tell the armored figure was studying him, likely wondering whether the offer was casual or if he had another reason.
Gabriel knew he was stronger than Vv.
Even without using everything, the gap still existed. But that was exactly why he was interested. He wanted to see how long Vv could last if he used only part of his strength. If she could handle that level of pressure, then she was far from ordinary.
After a few seconds, Vv finally lowered the blade slightly.
"Fine."
Gabriel's brow lifted a little. He had expected hesitation or even refusal, but the answer came cleanly.
"Good," he said. "Not here."
Vv tilted the helmet slightly.
Gabriel glanced toward the wall of the train. "If I use even half my strength in here, the train might not survive it."
