Sarah sat on the other end with one leg over the other, looking lazy as if none of this concerned her. Even so, the moment Sophie began speaking, every eye in the room turned toward her.
"A visitor came from Tianlan," Sophie said, raising the token slightly so they could all see it. "It was Evelyn, the second in command under Liang from Martial Palace. She came alone, and she brought this with her. It is an invitation token for something called the Buried God's Tomb. According to her, there are only ten invitation slots, and Martial Palace secured two. One of those is being given to us."
