"G-Gabriel Reyes." The receptionist mumbled, her face pale.
Gabriel raised a brow. He knew he had caused waves during the competition, but did it really warrant this kind of reaction?
He was about to walk away and maybe look for someone else when the receptionist snapped back to reality. Her earlier shock was now replaced with excitement.
"You… are you really Gabriel Reyes?" she stuttered, her voice carrying a trace of disbelief.
"Yes, I am." Gabriel nodded calmly.
Right before his eyes, the receptionist began to breathe rapidly, almost hyperventilating. For a second, Gabriel thought she was having a seizure.
"I-I'm a big fan of yours!" she exclaimed loudly, attracting the attention of everyone present.
Gabriel appeared calm on the outside, though he wondered if perhaps he should have kept his disguise. At the same time, he knew that if he didn't reveal himself, it would be difficult to get the receptionist to summon the most relevant person here.
