Nolan nodded, Johan did feel far saner than Vivi, and Leor, but no way he was sane. Nolan still clearly remembered what had happened in the trial.
"This is just my warning. Be very cautious with your research on systems." Johan smiled passionately, a kind of smile wives give on the first night. To which Nolan nodded warmly.
The last line was there to make sure Nolan thinks twice before trying to dissect him.
And "As far as I know" was there if somehow Nolan figured out the real truth, Johan could just say he didn't know.
Suddenly, Nolan's eyes brightened, as if understanding something, and making his own theories, mentally taking notes of it all.
But, he was lost at the words "Artificial intelligence" even though he felt like they were the key to make something similar, and replicate powers.
As if understanding Nolan's curiosity, Johan added with a soft smile, "Artificial intelligence is the intelligence created artificially, like a machine."
