Katarina looked up at Jason in shock, and she felt a tremor go through her heart when she saw the knowing look on Jason's face. Katarina just felt the link that she had with her brother shatter to pieces. The only reason something like that would happen was if all of her mana was completely removed from her brother's body… or if her brother was killed.
