A week later…
Asher and Serena visited Lariette's funeral without their baby. Before that, they left their child with Tiana and Victor to help take care of their child temporarily until they returned. Of course Tiana and Victor really like taking care of a little baby like taking care of their own child. They even suggested that Asher and Serena also go on a date after a long time they hadn't done so.
Upon arriving at the cemetery, Serena placed a bouquet of chrysanthemums on the tombstone while bowing her head and tightly holding her husband's left hand.
"Lariette, it's been a long time since we met since I was pregnant. Now I can visit you as much as I want because my baby was born healthy. If only you were still alive, you could play with my son."
Asher swung his beloved wife's right hand enthusiastically. "I don't mean to make fun of you. But, my son is really handsome. I'm sure you will be happy every time you see my son's handsome face."
