Adam watched Kevin's angry demeanor and couldn't help but smile, remarking, "How long have you been married? You're already so eager to protect her."
Apparently, the charm of the lady was even greater than he imagined.
Kevin coldly glanced at Adam. "She is my wife. As her husband, it's naturally my responsibility to do what I should."
He thought his protective behavior was merely what a married couple was supposed to do in name.
On the other hand, Adam didn't think it was that simple. However, he chose not to point it out and only nodded in agreement.
"Alright, don’t worry. I'll have some people handle this matter shortly and give them a warning. If anyone tries to disturb the lady under any pretense, they will be unable to stay in Grace City."
