Chapter 154 - The Voice That Burns The Sky

The world held its breath.

MRD had risen from his chair once again.

And just as he said—when he stands, the world listens.

One by one, the whispers faded. Millions across the desert fell silent. Screens in every corner of the globe froze in stillness, eyes locked, hearts pacing.

He stepped toward the mic. Calm. Composed. Yet carrying the weight of generations.

He looked at the sea of faces before him. People. Leaders. Enemies. Dreamers. Survivors.

Then, he exhaled.

His voice, steady and deep, echoed across the world.

"Now all of you know the truth. Who I am… and what I am."

He paused.

"And I know, right now, new questions are being born inside your hearts."

"Am I really human?"

"No. Not fully."

"But also, yes."

"Because I feel what you feel."

"Pain. Love. Loss. Rage. Hope. Everything that makes you human… is in me too."

He looked up to the horizon.

"So I ask you, from the deepest corner of my soul… be silent now."

"I want to tell you a story."

"Not someone else's."

"Mine."

The crowd grew still. No camera clicks. No murmurs. Only the gentle wind brushing the sand.

MRD's voice softened.

"I was a child once. Just like any of you."

"A child who dreamed with his eyes open. Who laughed with friends. Who believed in a beautiful world."

"But I also saw pain."

"My father… a man with nothing but heart. He worked day and night for his family, yet never let us see the cracks in his strength. He smiled while he bled inside. We weren't middle class. We weren't even poor. We were below that."

"My mother—her hands shaped my world. She held everything together, even when it was falling apart."

"I was never a good student. I failed many times. But every time I fell, they stood by me. They never gave up on me. Never let me break."

"One day, something happened in my neighborhood."

He paused, his voice growing tighter.

"A family had lost their daughter. She had gone abroad to study. But they received a call. She was gone."

"Raped. Mutilated. Her body… broken. Her organs… missing."

"My mother cried with them. I didn't understand why, at that age. But I cried too. Because I saw my mother in pain."

"Later that night, I asked my father. I wanted to know what had happened. He hesitated, then finally told me."

"I didn't understand the word 'rape' back then. But when I grew up… I did."

His fists tightened at his sides.

"And that wasn't the last story I read. Every morning, I opened the newspaper. And there it was again. Another girl. Another child. Missing. Killed. Raped."

"But I was just a boy. What could I do? I had no power. I could only feel."

He looked at the leaders behind him, then back at the millions before him.

"Then, one day… something inside me awakened."

"I had a fight. With some kids. I lost control. My power exploded. I nearly killed them."

"My father was terrified. Not of others. But of me. He sat me down. And told me something I'll never forget."

'You are not like others. There is something sleeping inside you. If it wakes… no one will stop you. Not even me.'

"So he made me promise. If I ever felt that thing breaking out, I must walk away. Not for fear of the world. But to protect it from me."

MRD paused, looking up at the sky.

"I kept that promise."

"I moved to another school. I started again. But the world didn't change."

"I watched as rich children bullied the poor. As power crushed those without voice."

"I once saw a boy abused in school. The child's father came to the principal for justice."

"But the other boy—his father was rich. He threatened to pull his money from the school. You know what the principal said?"

'Take your son and leave. We don't need dogs here. We raise lions.'

MRD's voice trembled—not with fear, but fire.

"That moment… that moment broke something inside me."

"Because I realized the world only bows to money. To power. Not to truth. Not to dignity."

"I never forgot it."

"I remembered it when I built this empire."

"I remembered it when I erased syndicates, cartels, monsters in suits and ties."

"I remembered it when I stood in the shadows, planning the day I would stand in front of all of you."

He took one long, deep breath.

"And now… here I am."

"And I'm telling you… that world is over."

"The one where rich are born to rule, and poor are born to suffer."

"From today forward—this world belongs to all."

"There will be no kings born from gold."

"There will be no monsters hiding behind power."

"There will only be one law. One balance. One truth."

"And I promise you this…"

"When the sun rises tomorrow—this earth, this humanity… will be reborn."

"You will remember this day. Not as the day I spoke. But as the day… we changed everything."

He looked around once more. His final words, calm and quiet.

"You trusted me without knowing me."

"Now… trust me to change your world."

And with that, MRD walked back to his chair.

No applause.

No celebration.

Just silence.

A silence so powerful… the world itself paused to listen.
