Echo- reconstruction - the ability to reconstruct anything out of an item but for him to reconstruct it he must know how to create the item, for example he makes swords often because he once lived near a famous sword-smith so knew how to create fine swords

beast men wary in lifespan based off what beast they are but they usually have about the same life span as their animal equivalent
For hybrids it can differ but is usually somewhere in between the 2 races
Fun fact
The oldest person to live at this time was an elf who lived up to 6253 (equivalent to 78) who had a phobia of being dirt aka germs and if you may be wondering why people die so fast? Well yes healing magic is a thing it is not wide spread and is only used for those who are usually a follower of god, also there are not many medicines or hygiene practices as there are modern day it may be rare to even see an elderly person at times
