Min-Cheol stayed silent for a while. He did not know what to say. More like, he was lost. This instant felt familiar to him but the identity of it was eluding him.
His brows drew together, as if he was trying to recall a memory that stubbornly stayed out of reach.
It looked like he was starting to realize what this story was about and I felt that was enough.
I didn't give him the chance to keep recalling and continued, turning around to face him completely.
"You know… this story I'm telling you, it isn't just some random parable," I said softly, staring into his eyes to lighten the weight of my own words. "It's a mirror."
"A mirror?" He asked and I nodded.
"Yes, a mirror. It's a mirror of what happened between you and Seo-Jun in the past." I said and at the mention of his name, Min-Cheol's eyes immediately frowned as well as his lips.
I could tell he wanted to say something, but the confusion and anger on his face kept him silent.
