This was my first time coming to an aquarium.
While I had read a lot about it and seen a few movies featuring aquarium dates, I never thought it would be this exhilarating.
The authors made sure to emphasize how big and special an aquarium felt and how much impact it had on the date, so I just thought it was their own preference, but being here... I finally understood what they were trying to prove.
The dark interior that made it seem like it was suddenly night, huge, tall cylinder glasses that reached the ceiling, fish and other species that lived in the water moving around like it was their natural habitat, the feeling it gave... It was all so new and each time, I had my heart thumping in excitement as I watched the little friendly octopus sucking on the spot I placed my hand on.
It was like magic, and my eyes wouldn't stop sparkling.
Had I ever done anything this exciting? I doubt it.
