Chapter 2 - Target for Containment: SCP-682 - The Hard-to-Destroy Reptile!

[First Summoning Commencing! Randomized Universe Selection in Progress!]

[Ding! Selection Complete!]

[Selected Universes: Marvel Universe, One Punch Man Universe]

[Summoned Agents: Deadpool (Marvel Universe), Saitama (One Punch Man Universe)]

The moment the announcement echoed across the multiverse, every living being in all worlds erupted into chaos.

Especially in the two selected universes.

Marvel Universe – S.H.I.E.L.D. Headquarters

"What the actual fuck?!"

Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, had just rejected Deadpool's application to join the Avengers.

And now, the merc with a mouth had been chosen by some interdimensional summons?!

The entire team stood frozen in shock.

After a long silence, Black Widow shrugged.

"He's annoying as hell, but… he's got that whole 'immortality' thing going for him. Should be easy for him, right?"

Nick Fury, however, had a far more suspicious expression.

He wasn't worried about whether Deadpool could complete the mission—he was far more concerned about the Summons itself.

During the countdown, he had mobilized every resource S.H.I.E.L.D. had to dig up any information on this "SCP Foundation."

Yet…

Nothing.

No records. No archives. No whispers in the darkest corners of the intelligence world.

It was as if the Foundation didn't exist.

Fury's eye narrowed.

"Nothing escapes S.H.I.E.L.D.'s grasp."

One Punch Man Universe – Hero Association HQ

The higher-ups of the Hero Association were in an emergency meeting, discussing the sudden appearance of the Multiversal Summons.

At first, they assumed it was another villain's scheme.

But just as they were debating which hero to send…

Saitama's name flashed across the screen.

Silence.

Absolute silence.

The Summons was like a bomb dropped into the multiverse, igniting a frenzy across all realities.

Yet, despite the chaos, countless questions lingered in everyone's minds:

Where did this Summons come from?

What are these "anomalies"?

How do you even "contain" them?

And most importantly—what the hell is the SCP Foundation?

Who is this "Administrator" with the power to summon beings across dimensions?

No one had answers.

But as all eyes remained locked onto the sky-spanning screens…

The black void flickered—and an image appeared.

A deep, solemn voice resonated:

[This is a world where anomalies exist.]

[Anomalies are entities that defy the natural laws we know—a hallway that never ends, a mechanical god from ancient times, a human who can reshape reality with a thought…]

[On the surface, life appears normal. But in the shadows, in the unseen corners of existence, anomalies fester, gnawing at the fabric of this world.]

[Unexplainable phenomena multiply, as if the universe itself revels in absurdity.]

As the narration continued, footage played—

A blue planet, untouched by modern civilization.

Primitive humans huddled in caves, their eyes filled with terror as they stared into the abyssal darkness outside.

Some ventured out.

Most retreated further into fear.

They carved strange, incomprehensible symbols onto the cave walls—then prayed to them.

Suddenly, the narrator's voice rose in intensity.

[Humanity can no longer live in fear.]

[No one will protect us. We must protect ourselves.]

[And so…]

[S-Special: We Secure.]

[C-Containment: We Contain.]

[P-Protect: We Protect.]

The opening sequence ended abruptly.

Every universe froze.

Countless beings stared at the screens, utterly speechless.

[Agent Contribution Rankings Unlocked.]

[Multiversal Chat Group Unlocked.]

The moment these notifications appeared—

The silence shattered.

Beings from all worlds flooded the chat.

"HOLY SHIT! That intro gave me chills!"

"Wait—so this 'Administrator' is some kind of cosmic god?!"

"Nah, no god can summon across dimensions like this!"

"Did he just say gods are anomalies too?! So the agents have to contain deities?!"

"Damn, those summoned guys are screwed."

The chat exploded with shock and awe.

But among the countless voices, some of the most powerful beings across the multiverse remained unimpressed.

Super God Universe – Kall's Domain

"A hallway that never ends… A mechanical god… A human who reshapes reality…"

Kall, the God of Death, smirked.

His technology and power had long surpassed entire civilizations.

Even the mighty Angels were beneath his notice.

And these so-called "anomalies"?

Child's play.

"Perhaps I overestimated this."

Marvel Universe – S.H.I.E.L.D.

Nick Fury raised a hand.

"Hold on."

After a pause, he spoke.

"Downgrade the SCP Foundation's threat level. Downgrade their civilization tier."

Looking back at his earlier panic, he felt embarrassed.

Sure, the Summons was impressive—but it only pulled a few individuals at a time.

And the anomalies?

"Special abilities and objects? S.H.I.E.L.D. can mass-produce those."

He scoffed.

"The 'rewards' are probably trash anyway."

Many other cosmic-level beings shared the same thought—

They compared the anomalies shown to their own universe's power levels…

And concluded:

The SCP Foundation's world wasn't that impressive.

Only lower-tier civilizations remained wary—and curious about the rewards.

Finally, as the discussions raged on…

The Summons reached its climax.

The screen changed.
