Just as she reached the tentacle, she jumped on it in a strange circular motion. Her body propelled forward as if she wanted to fall back down the other side, but then her dark sword fell onto the tentacle.
It wasn't made of adamantium, so it didn't cut through it. It was clear that her strength wasn't enough to cut this octopus. But it was a good tool to propel her body upward once more, taking advantage of the tentacle's elasticity to spin around its axis, allowing the adamantium sword to strike with precision.
Once. One cut. One deep wound.
The same movement was repeated a second time, as if it were a ball playing with the laws of gravity. Each turn was a cut, and each cut tore a part of the tentacle apart.
But thanks to the fact that it couldn't stay in one place due to its rotating movements and the elasticity of its tentacle, it looked more like a nut being screwed in quickly.
