Alex was laying on the floor, he was almost as good as dead. His red eyes were slowly fading away, the hole blown on his chest by fuya had already healed up, but there was still dried up blood on his mouth and chest "What the hell? Why does my body feel so..... numb. Am I even breathing?", alex was having an Internal monologue with himself. He slowly raised his hand up to his eye length "Everything feels so..... blurry. What's going on? I know I just had a devastating fight to the death against another kid my age. Before I knew it, some kind of hornet.... or was it a girl? Came flying at me and blew a hole through my chest. Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with people and blowing holes through me?" Alex looked at his right, he saw his clone laying dead, his saw the lifeless body of his clone that was headless, he looked to his left and saw the head of his clone. His clone had a look on sadness on its face with both eyes looking at different directions "So if I wasn't smart and sharp enough, I'd be dead by now. If I didn't think quick, that dead clone would have actually been me. What kind of world are we living in? I know that everything is either life or death. But I'm just realising that if you're even a second slower, that can either determine whether you live or die.", alex kept on having his inner dialogue. His heart was beating very slowly, the speed in which the blood in his body was supposed to have moved at was getting extremely slow "So, I'm going to die for real this time..... huh? What a fucking pain!". Suddenly his eyes were already losing colour, but luckily for alex, the cross that was in his pocket in which grandp ranpo gave him, started to glow. The cross was glowing red, the red energy glowing from the cross started to flow all over alex's body, it started to clean up the blood stains on his body, it was giving him the colour he had lost In his dying eyes, and his blood flow started to move as fast as it was meant to be. Alex's clone on the other hand slowly started to turn into a doll, both the lifeless body and the head poofed away, this left a cloud of mist. At around 9:30PM, alex woke up and found himself sleeping on the ground, it was the same place he had collapsed since he and grey fought. Alex sat up while placing his right hand on his head "I'm alive? But how? I was sure that my body was growing weaker, my blood felt still and my heart felt like it stopped working." Alex then took a sigh of relief "Uhhhh. That was a close one. Imagine I had died, I wouldn't be able to get stronger and achieve my goals of becoming a lord.", alex said go himself with a soft smile on his face. Before he knew it, he started to chuckle, the chuckle then turned into a loud laugh. Alex was just laughing, like as if he didn't nearly die about 10 hours ago "What the fuck is wrong with me? HAHAAHAAAA! I almost died, and here I am laughing like an idiot, like I've accomplished something! Yeah, I've definitely accomplished something! IM FUCKING ALIVE!!!!", he exclaimed with happiness. Alex got up and stretched abit "Ahhhh! That was good. I may have almost lost my head, gotten turned into swish-cheese and died of heart failure. But wanna know what? I'm still alive. I really am cool to be surviving shit like that! Some might call it plot armour, but who cares!?" Alex took a deep sigh as he turned around and walked up the heel leading to his house. After walking up the hill, he looked around and then proceeded to look at the stary skies "One day. Just one day..... I'll be so strong to the point that I wouldn't just be able to reach the stars, but not even stars would stand in my way!", he said this with a smirk on his face while his fist was facing straight up for the sky. Alex turned around and entered his house. Meanwhile above him, about 1000 feet into the air was diablo watching him with a soft smile on his face "Hmmm! You wanna become so strong that not even stars would be a challenge for you?", his soft smile became somewhat of a smirk "I guess I can make that work out for you. You just keep working hard and getting stronger, and I'll do the rest. Trust me kid, you'll definitely get that goal. Alex starion. My one and only most knuckle headed student." About 10 years ago, diablo who was 14 at the time was just laying down on the grass lands while Ichika was just running around trying to avoid Veronica's giant snakes chasing him around "God damn veronica! Stop playing pranks on me!!!!", Ichika yelled, veronica on the other hand was just standing on her giant snakes as she was just laughing menacingly "Hahaahaha!". Diablo on the other hand didn't seem bothered by the distant noise his friends and teammates were making, he was just laying down and enjoying nature "You do know I've already sensed your presence. Kazuma sensei." Kazuma starion, diablo, veronica and Ichika's team mate walked towards diablo with a cheerfull smile on his face and with his purple hair glowing with the sun "Yo, diablo.", he said with a cheerful smile and a thumbs up. He sat beside diablo and asked "Just laying down and being lazy as usual?", diablo replied "If it ain't a mission, then you can bet 'my lazy ass aint doing anything.", diablo responded. Kazuma while looking at Ichika being chased by Veronica's gaint snakes just said in a mildly worried manner "Ummm, what are they doing?", diablo replied "You should be asking if Ichika is going to be okay after seeing three giant ass snakes chasing him, while veronica is just laughing like a villian. God damn it, it pains me to realise that we are gonna be the next adults." Kazuma just laughed and patted him on the head "You really are a funny one diablo.", he exclaimed with a cheerful smile, diablo being the slightly young edgelord at the time couldn't help but to turn his head and click his tounge, although he ended up having a soft smiling on his face(END of flashback). Diablo is just floating about 1000 feet in the air while looking down at alex's house "You really are just like your dad, alex. He also looks at the stary clear skies above him. " Well its about time i left."
