Chapter 126 - Attack Again

"Is the next victim a high school girl?

"Why is the sin rate so high for a high school student?" Larry was a little bewildered. Generally, crimes like theft, shoplifting, and prostitution were not of his importance. Only crimes like murder or belonging to a criminal organization barely warranted entering his sight, and yet, this girl he was supposed to kill was special when he received the full report.

Larry was a bit confused. Would a high school student kill someone? Could she have killed schoolmates?

Whatever happened, Larry knew his team would not fail in such evaluations. They never made mistakes; they had experienced pain and waited patiently for the guilty who were not imprisoned to pay in life for what they had done to innocent people.

Many people were like that. Outwardly, they seemed kind and adorable, but inside, they were extremely filthy.

Therefore, Larry gave his people the green light to act. For now, he could investigate whether her values qualified her for execution.

After staring at her for a while, Jack looked away, rubbed his head gently, and then closed his eyes.

Although he had experienced killing, it did not mean this matter was completely finished!

There were still many things to do!

...

As night fell, the arrival of dark clouds made Baltimore, Maryland look a bit gloomy that night. However, the neon lights that lit the city diluted the darkness of the night, like its nickname: the city that never sleeps!

Larry packed his things in the restaurant where he was dining with Dexter, but they were not just anywhere; they were in the restaurant of a hotel where every minute they sat, countless beautiful women passed by and drew a lot of attention.

All these women went to the hotel upstairs. To put it bluntly, they were all high-class ladies.

Larry looked at them coldly. People like these usually got away with problems that, for a middle- or lower-class person, affected their lives far more than one can imagine.

However, the women looked at them much more than Dexter wanted.

"Rita will kill me if she finds out about this," Dexter said, a little uncomfortable receiving this unnecessary attention.

"Let's go, it's time." Larry left expressionless and hailed a taxi before departing.

At seven in the evening that same day, the entrance of a mansion in the city's suburbs was full of cars. All were people related to the business of the man who had died at Larry's hands. At first glance, it seemed they were just there to visit. In fact, everyone had a different purpose for being there.

At that moment, a Porsche stopped in front of the mansion. The woman in the passenger seat was Alice, a woman no more than twenty years old, someone who at her young age owned countless businesses and, of course, was also the lover of Larry's first victim.

"You go. I won't go." Alice told Tyler, who was driving.

Her relationship with Tyler was not as simple as it seemed. They were friends-with-benefits, and he was also her bodyguard and driver. Their relationship was very complicated at that moment.

"Okay. I'll go and be back soon. Wait for me in the car," Tyler said as he got out of the car and entered the mansion.

As soon as he entered the hallway, a black shadow appeared from a corner not far away.

It looked like a ghost watching the vehicle intently.

Crack!

Meanwhile, a noise was heard coming from the car window. Alice, who was thinking about how to acquire more of her lover's properties, was stunned.

She turned her head.

There was no one there, but there were two cards stuck to the cracked window of the vehicle.

Alice, who thought it was a prank, picked up the cards and was ready to throw them away.

But suddenly she froze and her pupils contracted violently.

On the black cards were words printed in bright red.

"[Death Notice!

Name: Alice

Crime: Murder.

Author: Judge of Death.]"

...

"[Death Notice!

Name: Tyler.

Crime: Rape and murder.

Author: Judge of Death.]"

"Is this the same bell that killed that old idiot?" Alice held the cards tightly and trembled with fear.

At that moment, Tyler left the mansion. With a dull thud, the car door opened and Alice jumped again.

"Ah! Don't kill me! Don't kill me!" Alice screamed in terror.

"What's wrong? You scared me," Tyler shouted as he looked at Alice, confused.

"The death notice! It's the notice the old man received before he died. We received it too!" Alice yelled as she threw the cards at him.

Tyler took the cards and looked at them. Suddenly, his face turned pale. Seeing the obituary with the depressing words in bright red on a black background, he felt anxious.

"Who gave them to you? Did you see who gave them to you?" Tyler asked Alice.

"I didn't see. I don't know. I was thinking about everything that's going on and when I heard the sound of the car window I turned around and didn't see anyone. I only saw two cards. Why don't we call the police? I don't want to die! I'm still young!" Alice was getting hysterical.

"We can't call the police. Lives are at stake. If we call the police, they will investigate us!"

"Then what do we do? Could they have drugged the water?

The two remembered Larry's live broadcast where he tortured two people. They were very scared. So they quickly threw away all the water and drinks from the car and checked it carefully again. They found nothing wrong, so they finally felt relieved. Only then did they realize that their backs were soaked with cold sweat.

Then the two sat in the car and prepared to start it.

Tyler tried to start the car several times, but he couldn't.

Perplexed, Alice asked, "Why aren't we leaving yet?"

Meanwhile, Tyler's forehead was already covered with small drops of cold sweat.

"The car won't start," Tyler murmured nervously.

"Could it be..."

"Come on! Get out of the car quickly!"

Before Alice could react, Tylrr quickly pulled down the car door handle, only to discover that the door was locked and could not be opened no matter how much he tried.

"Quick! Try your side!" Tyler shouted, flustered.

Alice, who was already panicking, also pulled down the car door handle quickly, but it was also locked.

At that moment, the car suddenly started automatically and began to move slowly along the road.

"What's happening?" Alice asked terrified.

"How would I know who's playing a prank on us? Whoever you are, don't let him catch you, damn son of a bitch!"

The Porsche gradually accelerated. Tyler quickly grabbed the steering wheel, but it was completely out of control.

Even when he stepped on the brake, it didn't work.

There was a curve ahead and the car was about to crash on the road.

But suddenly, the car's steering wheel began to turn uncontrollably and it made the turn.

As it rounded the corner, Tyler saw a man in a black suit and top hat standing by the road. Although it wasn't raining, he was still holding a black umbrella unopened. His face could not be seen clearly.

"I'll break the window and get ready to jump!"

"I'm scared! I won't dare to jump!" Alice believed this only happened in movies.

"You won't dare to jump? Then do you want to die? Stupida, you have to jump." Tyler covered his face and was about to break the window with his elbow.

Suddenly, he saw in the rearview mirror that someone was sitting in the back seat.

It was the man in the black suit from earlier. He was the same man Tyler had seen at the side of the road.

Tyker was stunned for a moment. He wanted to see his face clearly, but he noticed that, even up close, the man's face remained hidden in the shadows.

Dexter, who was an expert in this, leaned his body slightly forward and placed his left and right hands on the necks of Alice and Tyler.

The two felt a slight pain. Tyler touched his neck unconsciously and felt as if he were being pricked by a tiny needle.

It was a paralyzing needle.

Then, both of them fainted and lost consciousness. They fainted and fell onto the seats.
