The longer he thought about it, the less sense it made, and so, for the sake of his peace of mind, Lee Wooyun decided he'd take what just happened here, put it in a box, wrap that box up tightly, and ship it away into the deep crevices of his mind.
He'd pick it up once he was ready to face whatever this was. He didn't have the mental capacity to deal with any of this.
And with that thought, he was led back to the plaza with his master and ate and drank all of his problems away. Cause what the hell else was he supposed to do?

Kang Yu-jun had been staring at the pill the suspicious man had handed him back at the tavern for weeks now. He'd tucked it away safely in a little box in the drawer of his room, having no intention of taking the pill. For all he knew, it could've been drugs, or worse, poison. Yu-jun was a lot of things, but he was no fool. Taking something like this meant having to pay a price in return. And until he knew what the price entailed, he wouldn't take it.
