"…At least we know we aren't in hell," Gyu-min muttered, making Wooyun and Dasom laugh.
He found himself breathing it all in, the air pure and unfiltered. It made his heart feel a little warm but sour at the same time since he knew that when something is too good to be true, it usually is.
"Be careful where you step," he whispered, and his words, just like a spell, seemed to break the calm ambiance that had blanketed the room.
They all realized that this wasn't some oasis of peace and tranquility. They were still inside the Blood Moon Labyrinth, and danger could be lurking around the corner. And as if to prove this point, the perfect oasis they had been basking in had suddenly turned eerie. The flowing vines and flowers moved strangely, and the light breeze that tickled their skin turned bitter and cold.
They all noticed the shift quickly as well as the slithering noise filling their ears. Wooyun's hand automatically went to his weapon, and the others followed suit.
