The two tumbled down the slope, jagged rocks jutting out like teeth. Eun-woo twisted mid-air, forcing Wooyun against his chest as they rolled.
They landed hard, Eun-woo's back taking the brunt of it as they slid to a painful stop on a ledge several feet below.
Wooyun lay there in a daze, chest heaving. Eun-woo was still gripping him tightly, his breath shallow.
"You—idiot—" Eun-woo muttered, grimacing, but he still didn't let go.
"Y-You jumped after me…" he mumbled, his voice tinged with disbelief.
"…I said I would, didn't I?"
"Yeah, but that's just something you say! It's not something a sane person would do! Why would you do that?!"
The man didn't say anything, but Wooyun could feel Eun-woo's heart race against his ear, and he couldn't help but look up. His breath hitched as he saw Eun-woo's worried and panicked look, an expression he'd never seen before.
