Kashyapa is far weaker than Su Nan, precisely because Su Nan is on the verge of fully refining a Law.
The disparity in combat power between them is immense.
In other words, Su Nan is only one step away from becoming the Great Emperor.
He has refined ninety-nine percent of a Law, just one final step remains to master a complete Dao.
Thus, he will ascend to the peak of the Divine Principle and achieve the Great Emperor!
But this step requires the Mandate of Heaven.
Whether it is a Law or a Dao, they are acquired from the current world, or rather, from the Heavenly Dao.
If the Heavenly Dao does not consent, who can master a complete Dao?
The emergence of the Great Emperor weakens the Heavenly Dao because it essentially loses one Dao.
If this Great Emperor cultivates the Law of Light and speaks a word, darkness will shroud the heavens and earth.
Even the Heavenly Dao can only watch helplessly, unable to intervene.
