But when Wen Xishu appeared at the Celestial Essence position in the Desire Tower rest area, everyone still felt... it was all reasonable.

Seeing many people from the Bunker again, Wen Xishu felt quite familiar.
You could say the Bunker was rotten. You could say the lower echelons of the Bunker had no human rights...
But the Bunker really was much better than the Ark. The decay of the Bunker began to breed only in the last decade or so.
