"For instance, the Great Accomplished Scholar Saint is also called the Confucian Child Bodhisattva. The grand-disciple of the Scholar Saint once said: 'The great person does not lose their innocent heart.'
"Senior, speaking of this childlike appearance, even if it were an infant before me, I would also be willing to regard it as my revered teacher."
