"Basically, " Alex turns the keyboard towards himself and grabs the mouse, "you do... this."
"So I've applied to work at this.. this fast food place?"
"Yep - you'll be flipping burgers."

"It's respectable work."
"You're only saying that because you do it."
"That's why it's respectable."

"Hey, can I have some money to get dinner with my friends next week?" Daniela asks.
Throwing his backpack onto his single bed, "Sure, how much?" Diego responds.
"Uhmm, around ten to maybe - maybe fifty?" she adds.
He sighs dramatically before replying: "How about we rent out your bed out and then you can have a solid twenty?" as he turns the desk chair around to sit backwards, one arm draped across the backrest.
"Twenty sounds good."
"How many double shifts are you gonna pull to spend so extravagantly, your royal majesty?" he says, waving his arm exaggeratedly.
"I have plenty of work to be attending to already. So, uh- so twenty?"
"Just know; this hurts me mroe than it helps you," he jokes in a monotone voice, handing her a crumpled twentry from his wallet, "And buy me something too."
"Thank youu," she half sings, half laughs, "So, how was work today?"
"Well, if you count the library it was horrible - these two girls they were just so annoying and loud and - like c'mon, it's a library. "I mean, I'm not wrong, right Daniela?"

"Exactly! Anyways, I'm gonna shower first today, I need to finish off some assignments after."
"Mkay, sure."
"Do your homework."
"I don't have any homework left, I finished it in English."
"You should pay attention in your lessons as well."
