Dressed in their casual clothing, with minimal changes done to their hair and perfumes retouched, Kaelith and Jaden left their dorm. They walked to their hostel parking lot and entered Kaelith's car. Kaelith sat in the driver's seat and placed his hand on the steering wheel. He looked to Jaden and, seeing that he was properly seated for the ride, he ignited the engine and drove off.
The place for the auction was far off from their college, and they had to spend about 1 hour before they got to the place they were going. It was a secluded area in the city, and as soon as the car stepped into the area, Kaelith started to feel dread in his body.
He turned to Jaden, still making sure to keep his eyes on the road, and said, "Is it only me, or do you also feel bad about this?"
