Jingzhe blinked, something in his mind was zooming restlessly like a mosquito searching for blood desperately.
Mei Mei waved her hand in front of his face. He looked lost somewhere in his mind. "A Zhe." She called him.
When he did not respond, she pinched him on the belly and he winced loudly.
"Why are you frozen like a Popsicle?" She asked him. "Let's go home. Mingzhu has sent me two messages complaining about the fact that we are late for dinner."
He nodded like a zombie.
Mei Mei rolled her eyes. "Black Guard, walk Jingzhe."
The dog came around and walked behind Jingzhe. Then it shoved him forward, pushing him slowly as if he was a toddler.
Everywhere they passed, people laughed or took pictures. And that was the way they moved until they reached home.
Jingzhe walked by everyone as if he was in a trance and he went straight to his bedroom.
"What is wrong with him?" Madam Feng asked Mei Mei.
"I called him husband." She answered.
