"God of the planet? Are you referring to God or Buddha?" I asked, puzzled. "Though I am the God Master of another universe and it's not convenient for me to interfere, I can still guide you on the path you should take. Your power now rivals or even surpasses us God Masters, but your thinking remains at the level of a mortal. I suggest, dear husband, that you first visit the planetary administrator of this star, the one you call God," Suōshā said with a smile. "I see. Where should I go to meet him?" I asked. "On the other side of this space, commonly known as the divine realm of Earth. I can take you there," she replied. "Alright then, I'll trouble you, dear wife, to lead the way," I said, handing her the initiative. Suōshā smiled, took both of our hands, and teleported us away."We're here!" Suōshā announced as she brought us to the top of an unfamiliar mountain. Below stretched an endless sea of flowers, while the mountaintop was flat and pristine, the sky clear without a single cloud. A lone white stone temple stood in solitude. "Where is this?" I asked, looking around. "This is the city where the God revered by Earth's people resides," Suōshā explained. At that moment, an old man in a white robe with a long beard slowly walked out of the temple. "Haha, anyone who can reach this place must be extraordinary. May I have your name?" he asked. "I am the God Master of another universe. I guided them here. My apologies for the sudden visit," Suōshā spoke first. "Are you God? My apologies for the abrupt visit. My wife recommended I come to seek your guidance on the karma and fate of humanity. Please, venerable deity, show me the way," I said with a respectful bow. "No need for such formalities, friend. Your energy far surpasses mine. Even after billions of years of tribulations, I have not reached your realm. You must be a deity greater than a God Master," the old man said, quickly returning the courtesy. "You flatter me. I'm just a former mortal from Earth who, by chance, met various gods and immortals and was fortunate enough to grow through their guidance," I replied humbly. "Hehe, as you can see, Earth is currently undergoing widespread devastation from war. This is not due to my indifference or indulgence. The cycle of karma has existed since the dawn of creation. Whether it's Christianity, Buddhism, or Taoism, all urge humanity to prioritize goodness. It's been only a few decades since the last human war, yet hearts have once again grown corrupt, weighed down by heavy sins. This great purge may seem coincidental, but it is inevitable. Morality can avert calamity, but today, humans lacking morality far outnumber those with kind hearts. After this tribulation, the world will be reshuffled and return to righteousness," the old man said with a sigh."May I ask, venerable one, how can we save the world today?" I asked for guidance. "Since humanity emerged on this planet, they have endlessly repeated the same cycle. All things are illusory, yet they fight to the death over these illusions, forgetting that the purpose of life is to elevate the soul, not indulge in physical pleasures. This is not unique to Earth; other planetary civilizations face similar issues. Only a few manage to break free. Earth's lifeforms are trapped in this endless loop, unable to escape, and I, too, feel helpless," the old man replied somberly."It seems my husband's homeland is experiencing something similar to our demon realm," Enis remarked after listening. "As this God of the planet said, the fruits of the causes sown by sentient beings must be borne by themselves. If we forcibly erase their karma, it will only deepen humanity's original sins," Suōshā added, stepping forward to explain to me. "So, at this stage, am I supposed to just stand by and do nothing?" I asked, feeling a bit frustrated. "Your power is great enough to reshape this world, but that is not the best way to rectify it. Moreover, the Star of Ziwei has already descended, and the task of enlightening humanity should be left to them," the old man said with a smile. "The Star of Ziwei? Who is that?" I asked, confused. "They are a coordinator sent by a higher-dimensional interstellar civilization, attempting to save humanity from its wayward path," he replied. "I see. It must be someone from the interstellar alliance my wife mentioned. Thank you, venerable one, and my wife, for clearing up my confusion. It seems I shouldn't interfere in mortal affairs," I said, expressing my gratitude to both the old man and Suōshā. "Dear husband, why so formal with me? You're being distant!" Suōshā said, a bit displeased. "No need for formalities, friend. The deities of Earth's various branches are currently protecting the Star of Ziwei with all their might. After this war ends, the Star of Ziwei will guide the surviving people to lay down their evil, pick up the goodness they've discarded, and return to the righteous path," the old man said, gazing thoughtfully at the sky."I understand. Thank you for your enlightenment today. I've benefited greatly!" I said, thanking the old man. "Since you've received your answers, you may return," he said, waving to us. "Thank you for your time today, venerable one. We'll take our leave," I said. With that, I took my two wives and left the divine realm.
