Or at least that's what he planned. Currently, he was already collecting his 20th blood fragment. He peeled away a small bug that was sucking the life force of a tree. "This one is definitely just another variation of that fish." He shook his head and put the bug away in his soul space.
After the lizard and the fish, he managed to get his hands on a few more interesting creatures. Some had managed to bring out some aspect of the primordial bloodline, but most hadn't even awakened the bloodline yet. They lived a very normal, insignificant life.
"My liege… is this really okay?" Little Red asked worriedly. "You decided to return to our world a while back, but we are still out here hunting for bloodline fragments…"
Damon answered half-heartedly as if his mind was elsewhere. "I know. This is the last one. We will definitely get back after this."
