The moment Damon said those words, the walls started moving. The term walls have ears got a whole new meaning as more and more golems appeared out of the walls. These were the same weaker ones, and the group moved to take care of them quickly, each taking their own side.
But the next second, something even more unexpected happened. The walls started moving. "Shit! The golems were just a distraction. Everyone, move to the center now!" Damon's voice rang loudly, but it was already too late.
As if it had a will of its own, the walls strategically split up the group into six partitions. Damon had already activated Blink, but his skill got interrupted because of some sort of energy ripple from the wall, and he was only able to get to one of the others.
And it was… Aurora.
Damon looked at the priestess, who stared back at him with parted lips. Why did it have to be this woman of all the people?!!
