New One Piece Book Released Guys Check it Out :- One Piece : Cursed Crew
----------------------------------
Two years later, Zoro can effortlessly slice through the chains restraining Panz Fry before stepping in to face Vice Admiral Momonga, who had been locked in combat with Luffy.
Momonga was already sweating. His fight with Luffy hadn't gone in his favor—something he never expected. Just two years ago, he had the upper hand against the Straw Hat boy, but now… Luffy's strength was on a completely different level.
"Hey… it's not good to get distracted, Vice Admiral!"
Zoro's voice snapped him back to reality just as a sword slash came his way. Momonga quickly drew his own sword and deflected the attack.
He knew this mission was slipping out of his grasp, but as a Marine, he couldn't just retreat in disgrace. Taking a firm stance, he prepared to fight with everything he had—
—until something wet and sticky suddenly splattered onto his mohawk.
Feeling the strange substance on his head, Momonga instinctively wiped it with his fingers. The moment he touched it, a wave of nausea hit him.
Seabirds were common in battlefields at sea, often leaving their "marks" from above. Naturally, Momonga assumed this was just another unfortunate case of bird droppings.
Across from him, Zoro noticed what had happened and sheathed Wado Ichimonji with a smirk.
"You should probably go wash that off. Looks pretty nasty."
Momonga: …
"Ugh… blegh…"
Retching sounds echoed in the sky.
Hearing it, everyone instinctively looked up—only to see a man flying above them, dry heaving as if he had just experienced the worst turbulence of his life.
Ikki, realizing his vomit had landed on a familiar Marine, gave an awkward smile.
"Uh… Vice Admiral Momonga, my bad. My stomach's just not feeling great…"
Ikki actually had a decent impression of Momonga, so he genuinely felt bad. But still… if anyone was to blame for this mess, it was definitely Momonosuke!
'Don't worry, Vice Admiral! I'll make sure to get revenge on Momonosuke for you!' Ikki thought to himself.
Momonga: …
He didn't need to be told. By now, he had realized this wasn't bird droppings—it was vomit.
Without a word, Momonga, who wasn't a Devil Fruit user, dove straight into the sea to wash it off. If he weren't still in the middle of a battle, his cleanliness-obsessed self would have taken a proper bath.
Still hovering above, Ikki finally noticed the Straw Hat Pirates. The Thousand Sunny, the familiar faces—it all confirmed what he feared.
"I really traveled two years into the future…?"
A sudden realization struck him—
"Did Ace and I disappear for two whole years?!"
Without wasting time, Ikki flew straight to the Thousand Sunny.
His sudden landing on the deck made several Straw Hat members tense up.
"You guys don't recognize me, huh? So… what exactly happened?"
As Ikki tried to process the situation, a faint banging sound came from his pocket. That's when he remembered—he hadn't released Ace and the others yet!
He had temporarily stored them inside a wooden box. Though it was breathable and no one risked suffocating, being crammed in a confined space for too long was far from pleasant.
Without delay, Ikki pulled out the wooden box and freed Ace and the others.
Ace appeared in front of everyone. Those who knew him were left in shock.
"You..." Usopp pointed at him, his eyes wide. "You… are you Ace?"
Ace looked at Usopp carefully, then grinned in surprise. "Huh? Usopp, your training paid off! You've got abs now!"
Usopp: …
Ace then turned his attention to the rest of the crew, but soon realized something was off.
This wasn't the Going Merry—it was a completely different ship. And the Straw Hat Pirates looked older than he remembered.
More importantly, some familiar faces were missing.
Sabo, Vivi, and Bon Clay weren't here… neither were the two ducks.
At the same time, there were also a few newcomers. A skeleton… and a robot?
Realizing that something was wrong, Ace immediately turned to Ikki, expecting an explanation.
Ikki simply shrugged helplessly. What could he say? This was all because of his own reckless choices.
Technically, Ikki could have returned to the original timeline. But when he saw Momonosuke, he couldn't resist the urge to kill him—and that changed everything.
Thinking back, Ikki now realized that the two Momonosukes he had encountered back then were likely from two parallel worlds.
The one he strangled belonged to the timeline Ikki originally came from—a world where a private Marine force existed, where Ikki was a partner of the Straw Hats and even served as their vice-captain.
Meanwhile, the Momonosuke who survived had likely traveled to the original timeline—the one that followed the events of the One Piece world without interference from Ikki.
From Ikki's perspective, his attempt to strangle Momonosuke had probably disrupted the flow of fate, triggering some kind of "will of the world" to protect the timeline from completely collapsing.
As for the world Ikki originally existed in? Ever since he, a time traveler, appeared, it had already diverged from the original story.
Now that he had pieced everything together, Ikki wasn't panicked. If worst came to worst, he could always just travel through time again.
Before Ace could say anything, a sudden whooshing sound cut through the air. In an instant, a blur of motion slammed into him.
The next thing Ace knew, he was being tackled—by none other than Luffy.
"Ace… you… you're alive… That's great… that's so great…!"
Luffy clung to Ace, sobbing uncontrollably.
Watching this, Ikki finally understood what it truly meant to cry into someone's head—because Luffy was literally burying his face into Ace's skull.
"Hey… Luffy! Calm down!"
Sanji, still skeptical about the whole situation, reached out to pull Luffy away. A dead man coming back to life? He wasn't ready to believe it yet.
"Luffy, if you keep squeezing me like this, I'm gonna suffocate!" Ace protested.
Although he didn't fully understand the situation, one thing was clear—this was definitely Luffy. But he seemed… older.
Hearing Ace's complaint, Luffy immediately jumped back.
"BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!"
Just as the brothers reunited, a third party arrived—
From the Marine warship, the NEO Marines made their entrance, led by none other than Zephyr.
Without hesitation, they launched an attack on Panz Fry, who had just regained his freedom and was about to embrace his daughter.
Several rounds of cannon fire struck the giant pirate chef. Even with his immense size, Panz Fry was gravely injured.
"Ace! I'm gonna save the Volcanic Cuisine first—we'll talk later!"
Though overjoyed to see Ace again, Luffy hadn't forgotten his promise to Lili.
Without wasting another second, he charged forward, clashing directly with Shuzo.
Meanwhile, Zoro continued his battle against Momonga.
