"W- what?" I cried out while blinking multiple times cause that made no sense to me. My heart was pounding hard against my chest and I let out a scared breath, my eyes darting towards Sloan and Killian who looked as shocked as I feel right now.
"Uh… what?" Killian was the first to speak as he blinked slowly and began to step forward, but Orin shot him a sharp look.
"I didn't say you could come forward."
Killan quickly stopped in his tracks, his hand going around to rest behind his neck. "Ah, yes. You're right, sorry. I'm just confused, did you say he was reborn?"
Orin nodded as he glanced back at me, and my heartbeat picked up just as he began to speak.
"Yup, that's exactly what this is."
I let out a slow breath while my mind raced with so many thoughts rushing through it at the same time.
