In this story the Saiyan's and Viltrumites are longtime rivals each dominating large portion of the universe they stop the war between them ending it in a stalemate afterwards Emperor Argall was assassinated, and the Viltrumites were hit with Scourge virus crippling their races. The Saiyan's too went through their own crisis after the war they enter the civil war that destroyed their current civilization their planet would be destroyed by a group of Viltrumites lead by Thragg 

The rest of the Saiyan's find a new world and rebuilding the race while staying in hiding from the Viltrumites and Coalition of Planets for thousand years. The current Princess of the Saiyan's traveled to earth with some companies to check out if out humans and see if they could be compatible for breeding. After some time, a Viltrumites named Nolan made his way to earth the 
Saiyan's would watch him from afar but never confront him. 

Eventually they were able to get some of his blood after he defeated a Kaiju. They returned to their kingdom and were able to find out Nolan was the son of Argall the Princess Caulifla came up with bold plan to seduce Nolan that would succeed. Her hope was that this child having to royal bloodlines of two of the strongest races would be strong enough to unite them under one banner.
