Bode, already fuming with anger, lashed out furiously. Leaning into his stance, he extended a powerful arm and directly clawed at Uchiha Madara's neck, intending to subdue him on the spot!
However, Bode had vastly underestimated Uchiha Madara.
Narrowing his eyes slightly, Uchiha Madara calmly extended a hand. With lightning speed, he directly seized Bode's attacking wrist. Instantly, Bode's hand was pinned before him, utterly unable to move.
Feeling the immense force emanating from his wrist, Bode's eyes widened in astonishment.
Looking at Uchiha Madara, Bode's tone was extremely dangerous:
"So that's how it is. You've been playing the pig to eat the tiger all along, you bastard!"
As the word "bastard" left his lips, Bode immediately intensified the strength in his arm, trying desperately to break free from Uchiha Madara's grip on his wrist, to break through and directly grab Uchiha Madara.
Uchiha Madara revealed a hint of a sneer. The hand gripping Bode's wrist also increased its strength, continuing to match Bode blow for blow.
The two stared at each other, beginning to contest their strength. The force intertwining at their wrists grew more and more intense, until veins were visibly bulging on Bode's arm.
Sayu's face changed as he saw the two suddenly engage.
Uchiha Madara maintained his calm, nonchalant demeanor. He didn't turn his head, but spoke to Sayu behind him:
"Sayu, you should leave this place first. We're about to get serious!"
"Lord Madara, be careful!"
Knowing that his continued presence would only hinder Uchiha Madara, Sayu, though worried, promptly left.
Just as Sayu departed, Bode roared:
"Wrath of Thor: Adramelech!"
Bode began to activate his Imperial Armament, Wrath of Thor: Adramelech!
With a tearing sound, the sleeves on both of Bode's forearms suddenly burst open, revealing the double armguards strapped to his forearms!
Uchiha Madara instantly recognized that these armguards were Bode's Imperial Armament.
Indeed, as Bode roared, his Imperial Armament began to activate. Starting with the armguards, in a short span, a full set of pitch-black armor enveloped Bode's entire body, making him appear extraordinarily formidable.
Calmly observing what Bode called his "transformation," Uchiha Madara spoke with a faint sneer:
"Feeling unable to resist, so you're finally using your Imperial Armament? General Water-Cargo...!"
Even a clay figure has a temper, let alone Bode. As one of the Empire's strongest, to be directly insulted as "General Water-Cargo" infuriated Bode beyond measure:
"Uchiha Madara! You outrageous scoundrel! You can only spout such nonsense now because no matter what, you can never stand against my Wrath of Thor: Adramelech!"
As Bode roared, the iron gauntlet on his forearm activated, carrying blue lightning, and struck towards Uchiha Madara's hand that gripped Bode's wrist!
With a flash of light, Uchiha Madara's hand felt the dual assault of immense force and lightning.
The lightning was fine; Uchiha Madara paid it no mind. However, the strike from Bode's iron gauntlet actually forced Uchiha Madara's hand open, and even Uchiha Madara's entire body was affected by the enormous force, causing him to recoil several steps.
After retreating several steps, Uchiha Madara finally stopped steadily. He twisted his slightly chafed wrist, and Uchiha Madara began to seriously regard Bode:
"Such immense strength! That last strike felt like being suddenly hit by a thousand-ton hammer! General Water-Cargo, you almost chafed my wrist just now!"
This time, hearing the derogatory title "General Water-Cargo" again, Bode was surprisingly less enraged.
Throughout his professional career, he didn't know how many times he had struck enemies with the iron gauntlet on his forearm. Facing the immense power of his double iron gauntlet, opponents would either die or be injured, at the very least recoiling miserably. He had never encountered anyone like Uchiha Madara who only retreated a few steps, without even breaking skin.

With a misplaced step, a formidable force surged through his body. Bode's foot stomped, cracking a large section of the ground. His aura was surging, and his voice was wild:
"You outrageous scoundrel, today, I, General Bode of the Empire, shall surely punish you according to military law!"
As his voice fell, Bode suddenly stepped forward, with swift and terrifying strides, striking towards Uchiha Madara's head. The iron gauntlet on his forearm also struck towards Uchiha Madara with overwhelming force!
Uchiha Madara remained unmoving, his feet spread wide. Facing Bode, who seemed like a charging rhino, Uchiha Madara lowered his center of gravity, firmly pressing down!
Bode's iron gauntlet struck with immense power, but Uchiha Madara's palm, though seemingly slow, was incredibly fast!
In an instant, a massive tremor violently erupted between the two!
Uchiha Madara's palm met Bode's fiercely striking iron gauntlet. Both sides clashed, erupting in a violent tremor! The terrifying tremor caused the ground beneath their feet to crack and sink layer by layer, and the surging shockwave transformed into a squall that swept outwards in all directions!
His own invincible massive iron gauntlet was now utterly halted, unable to advance even an inch!
Bode felt this was incredibly unbelievable. Just now, when Bode's strike collided with Uchiha Madara's hand, it was as if a powerless drop of water had struck the ground; the powerful force was like a stone sinking into the ocean, completely ineffective against Uchiha Madara. He couldn't even shake Uchiha Madara's silhouette.
Bode couldn't believe this was true. He opened his mouth wide and let out an angry roar, unleashing all the strength in his body, striking fiercely forward.
However, Uchiha Madara fully embodied the principle of "the stronger he is, the stronger I am." Although a tremendous force surged from the iron gauntlet colliding with his palm, Uchiha Madara remained unmoving.
In his fury, Bode began to activate terrifying lightning. Blue flashes of lightning flickered on Bode's wrist, continuously electrocuting and scorching Uchiha Madara's arm!
However, the electric shock was completely useless against Uchiha Madara.
Standing unflustered amidst the crackling electric shock, Uchiha Madara gave the astonished Bode a mocking expression.
