Chapter 25 - chapter 25 : clark and Aaron duo

---

Aaron opened his eyes.

The system panel glowed in his inner vision.

Mind Control: depends on Target will

Current Level: for one hour

He closed the panel.

---

Clark stood at the ridge. His eyes were narrowed. His x-ray vision cut straight through the ice.

"I count about three hundred people. Spread across six ships. Maybe more in the submarines."

"Not forty, you said it was 40 ?" Aaron asked with shocked expression.

"No. I looked at every direction, this is full scale operations, Three hundred. Mercenaries. Armed. Organized.aaron should we forget it "

Aaron looked down at the fleet below. Icebreakers. Salvage platforms. A command vessel. Support ships. All of them crawling with people.

"This is a full operation ,are they trying to war," Aaron said while he looked excited.

"Clark. If that ship down there is from your people, and these guys take it... you lose your origin. Forever."

Clark was silent.

"We have one option," Aaron said. "We get on those ships. We take control Ship by ship and make them unconscious"

Clark stared at him. "You want us to capture an entire fleet."

"Yes."

"Just the two of us."

"Yes."

Clark let out a long breath. "That is insane."

"Do you have another plan?"

Silence.

"No."

"Then hold onto me."

---

Clark grabbed Aaron under the shoulders. Tight grip. His protective field wrapped around both of them. Air pressure. Speed.

They launched.

Fast. Faster than Aaron could even process. The wind screamed past them. The ice blurred below. The fleet grew from tiny dots into massive steel structures in just seconds.

They landed on the deck of a side ship. Icebreaker class. Rear section. No guards anywhere in sight.

Aaron looked at the fleet from the deck.

He was shocked.

Six ships at minimum. Massive icebreakers with reinforced bows. Heavy salvage platforms with cranes the size of buildings. A command ship bristling with antennas. ROV support vessels with underwater drones stacked on deck. A logistics ship humming with fuel lines. Everything connected. Everything guarded.

"This is not a retrieval mission," Aaron said. "This is a military operation."

"Private military. Mercenary group. High-end."

They moved along the deck. Low. Silent.

---

The side door was unguarded. The crew was distracted. A crane was swinging cargo around. Shouts. Horns. Routine noise.

Clark slipped inside. Aaron followed.

Metal hallway. Dim lights. Footsteps echoing somewhere below.

They turned a corner.

Two guards.

Their eyes went wide, when he saw two kids standing in front of him.

"What?? Kids! How did you—"

Aaron moved.

One strike to the first guard's throat. Controlled. Precise. The man dropped. Clark caught him before he hit the metal floor.

The second guard reached for his radio. Aaron's eyes shifted. Crimson flooded his iris. Black patterns swirled across the whites of his eyes.

"Stop."

The guard froze. Hand on the radio. Completely immobile.

"Where is the uniform room?"

"Deck two. Section four."

"Bring two uniforms. Now. Come back fast."

The guard turned. Walked away. Mindless. Controlled.

---

Clark stared at the unconscious guard. Then at Aaron.

"Bro. Your ability is really scary."

"It is practical."

"Can it work on anyone?"

Aaron looked at him. The crimson faded. His brown eyes returned.

"I have not used it on you yet."

Clark's face went pale.

"Well... I don't know if you could hypnotize me."

Aaron said nothing. He just watched him.

Clark started sweating.

"That was a joke, right? Aaron? That was a joke?"

Aaron almost smiled. "Maybe i will try, when. You will go to school wearing shorts or ladies clothes."

" Bro, you are not funny! "

---

The guard returned. Two uniforms in his arms. His eyes were glassy.

Aaron took the uniforms. He handed one to Clark.

"Put it on."

Both of them changed. Fast. The uniforms were a little loose on Aaron. A little tight on Clark. It would work for now.

Aaron turned back to the guard. His eyes flashed crimson again.

"You will forget we were here. You never saw us. We are your superiors. Treat us as your bosses. Now wake."

The guard blinked. He looked at them. His eyes focused. Then relaxed.

"Sire, Do you need anything?"

"No. Return to your post."

"Yes, sir."

He walked away. No memory. No questions.

---

Clark pulled at his collar. "That is terrifying."

"It is useful."

"Do the others know you can do this?"

" I didn't tell anyone about this, my parents if they knew, they would really terrified! "

---

They walked down the hallway. Two disguised figures. No one looked at them twice.

The command ship was ahead. The real target.
