Ethan calmly went over the new system mission, it was pretty simple, create a shield around Earth that was capable of stopping any from of external intrusion.
In other words, a planetary defensive system.
Now, would the various world governments allow him to? Probably not.
Especially if he refused to be in any of their controls, hence the reason why the system suggested world dominance.
Was it going to be easy?
Absolutely not, but he was Ethan Carter. He already had a plan prepared, one that had been underway since before OmniMed was announced.
Now the Vitaband didn't seem like much, but it was a way to slowly ease into his plan.
Like Sentinel, the Vitaband was a form of data collection. They collected really importantly information that he'd upload to the simulation chamber.
