Smirking, Ling headbutted Gaban using haki to coat his forehead. Getting caught off-guard, he barely dodged, and the headbutt hit his cheek as he stepped back, which gave Ling more time to pour more haki into his knife hand, making it gleam black.
Swinging it with his full force, Ling swung upwards and made Gaban's axes fly out of his hands. Seeing that Gaban was defenseless, thrusting his knife hand at Gaban's chest, the only thing he could do was defend, so he poured a lot of his haki onto his chest.
Seeing Gaban's chest turn black due to haki, Ling turned the knife hand into a fist at the last moment, using internal destruction. The haki transferred from Ling's hand into Gaban's organs, feeling his organs shake, Gaban used more haki to protect them, but that left him wide open.
A punch landed on his face, "Meteor Cannon!"
Roger appeared behind Gaban and grabbed him before he fell out of the ship. Gaban looked at Roger as if he were a savior, "Captain, please, help me."
"Oh, Captain, where is Rayleigh?"
Roger sighed heavily, "He is still recovering, don't bother him, just train on your own, you don't need to spar every single day."
Ling frowned and jumped into the sea behind the ship, swimming and constantly activating all three of his haki. The sea kings ran away quickly as the madman began his training again.
2 hours went by...
Washing himself off, Ling was eating when he saw Buggy, a new trainee, "Buggy, do you want to spar?" Gulping, Buggy shook his head and ran away without grabbing a bite to eat. "Am I that scary?" wondered Ling, who at this moment was shirtless with plentiful scars roaming his body from just sparring.
The other crew members finally realized why Rogers wanted this madman on the boat, he has made them stronger just by being here. Every day, he would use his conqueror's haki randomly on crew members, which at first made them angry.
But when they realized they could stand in front of Roger's conqueror's haki, they thanked Ling for helping them when in reality, he was just training like a madman, and they got affected by accident.
"Captain has some major news!"
Everyone, including the janitors, went to the front deck and saw Rogers standing on the railing. Rayleigh and Gaban were on the sidelines, bandaged up, and Ling arrived and just stood on the sidelines.
Clearing his throat, everyone became silent as Rogers began, "The rocks pirates have been doing heinous crimes, because of this, the marines have decided to eliminate them. They have requested our help. What do you think, crew?"
Everyone looked at each other, then they all said, "That ba*tard killed a lot of people, and even countries, he deserves the worst!"
Everyone was in an uproar until Roger released his haki, making them quiet down. "What do you think, Ling?"
Ling suddenly realized everyone was looking at him, waiting for an answer. "Me? Well, this might be a trap, since once they kill Rocks, won't they turn their fangs on us?"
"That is likely to happen, but if this opportunity isn't grasped, then Rocks will rule the world one day," said Gaban as he remembered how he got one-shot by Rocks.
"Well, I have to say that both of you are not wrong, so how about this, Ling, you stay with the ship while I, Gaban, and Rayleigh help the marines kill Rocks. If they do betray us, you are ordered to leave in 30 minutes, even if we don't make it back, is that clear?"
Ling took a minute to respond but nodded, "Fine, you geezers better not die."
Gritting his teeth, Rayleigh and Gaban kept their mouth shut as they tore away their bandages. "Once we get back, we will double team you," said Gaban and Rayleigh, brandishing their weapons that had been repaired.
Laughing, Ling glinted in his eyes, "I have some new moves, I need to try out, so you are welcome to try."
Roger coughed, "Okay, enough talking, let's reach the god of valleys before the marines."
Gaban and Rayleigh scoffed and began manning their stations while Ling was just sitting in his training ground doing pushups. Buggy was watching from afar. He was in awe because when he first came here, he saw Ling challenge the powerhouses every single day for a year and a half. "How come he doesn't have fear?" wondered Buggy.
Ling glared at Buggy, making him scream and run away from Ling's line of sight. Scoffing, Ling began to meditate and fight in his mind with his past opponents.
2 days later...
Ling watched as Gaban, Rayleigh, and Roger went on a smaller boat towards the Valley of the Gods. He desperately wanted to repay Captain John's slash that had him stressed, and make him feel despair like he did.
"I hope they make it back safely," said Crocus, walking to prepare for the worst.
Before they got here, they already saw the flag of the Rocks, on the other side of the island, but the marines weren't here just yet.
Out of the corner of Ling's eyes, he saw a black dot coming closer, then the black dot jumped and landed next to Roger's pirate ship. Ling watched as the marines began to pile out of the ship towards the island.
"You almost broke the entire ship!" yelled Sengoku towards Garp, who was just eating donuts on the railing.
Garp had just punched the sea to propel them forward since he couldn't wait to get his hands on Rocks. The ship almost broke in half, but Sengoku and Tsuru dissipated the force by half.
Suddenly, two other ships came out of the water, they held many vice admirals and the fleet admiral, Kong.
Feeling the pressure on the three ships, Ling's blood was boiling. Garp, seeing that everyone was here, jumped onto Roger's pirate ship and looked around. "Where is Roger?"
Scanning around, he only saw weak crew members until his eyes landed on Ling. "Rogers and his strongest members went to the island first to greet the Rocks, so you better go too, or the party will be too late."
His eyes opened in shock, "The rocks are already here?!" yelled Garp as he rushed towards the island.
Seeing that Garp was rushing towards the island, the other marines didn't waste time and followed in suit, except Kong and Tsuru, who just stared at Roger's pirate ship. They faintly felt someone strong over there for a fraction of a second.
Ling stood over the railing and asked, "So, the famous Kong and Tsuru won't join in the fun?"
Kong, looking at the boy who asked the question, responded, "There is no need, I am just here to safeguard the ships so we can escape."
Tsuru nodded, "So am I."
Ling rolled his eyes and used his observation haki to see what Roger, Gaban, and Rayleigh were doing.
"Rogers! You dare to side with the world government!?" yelled Rocks as he stood in front of the trio of Roger, Rayleigh, and Gaban.
"We are not in cahoots with them, we are just removing a common enemy."
Noticing their ship, Rocks smirked, "Since you are not on your ship, then who is there to protect it?!" Jumping up high using moonwalk, he pulled out his sabre and slashed a 50-meter flying slash filled with conqueror's haki towards Roger's pirate ship.
Shiki, LinLin, and Silver Axe blocked all three of them to prevent them from stopping the attack.
Roger, Rayleigh, and Gaban gulped, but not in fright, because he just woken up a sleeping dragon by accident.
The slash came quickly, it was as big as half of the pirate ship, everyone was panicking while Kong and Tsuru were ready to try to intercept it since they are working with the Roger pirates to take down Rocks, but they didn't expect someone to have the courage to face it head-on.
Ling jumped towards the slash and made his knife hand, coating it in conqueror's haki entanglement. "Divine Disruption!" The force of the attack was like a disruption in space and sent the slash upwards, making it dissipate in the clouds.
Feeling his hand shake, Ling smiled happily and jumped up high, he cocked back his knife hand and said, "Coiling Tphoon!"
Swinging out his hand coated with conqueror's haki, the attack sent out a 30-meter flying slash that was circling like a wind of blades towards Rocks, who was still in the air since he wanted to watch the destruction of Roger's ship.
Catching the blade storm with his sword, he dissipated it with a simple slash. Feeling a slash on his cheek, he licked the blood and released his wild conqueror's haki, making everyone feel a sense of despair.
Ling smirked and released his own conqueror's haki with killing intent, which set off everyone's conqueror's haki.
On a ship filled with trash, I meant celestial dragons. CP9-0 All of the CP teams were on this ship with the celestial dragons, who were having fun before the pirates came, so the CP agents forced them on the ship.
The five elders told them to protect the celestial dragons from the monsters, or they will be beheaded. So no matter how much they scold them, the CP agents won't care. "How dare you stop our games!" yelled a celestial dragon.
Suddenly, the CP agents felt their brains buzz as the conqueror's haki of so many strong people passed by. The celestial dragons weren't spared as they fell unconscious onto the ground, cracking their bubbles.
Half of CP0 were kneeling while the leader was barely up, releasing his own conqueror's haki to stop himself from falling unconscious. "A new conqueror's haki? Who is that bold!?"
The sky split in half as the seas began to tremble. Kong and Tsuru were shocked that the young man had such a conqueror's haki at his age.
Reaching the trio, Garp, Sengoku, the Vice Admirals, and the three former Admirals stood in front of Rocks. They released their haki to combat the members of the Rocks Pirates. Garp asked Rogers, "Who started this dick-measuring contest?!"
"The ace of the Roger pirates."
