The Void Realm trembled.
Darkness stretched endlessly in every direction. No sky. No stars. Only an infinite ocean of shadow surrounding two beings who should never have existed in the same place.
Zorwath stood calmly in the middle of the battlefield.
Across from him, Noar hovered above the endless void like a living shadow. His body was made from pure dark energy, constantly shifting and flowing as if the darkness itself breathed through him.
Thousands of shadow creatures surrounded them.
Winged beasts made from smoke.
Gigantic skeletal monsters with hollow eyes.
Serpents of living darkness coiling through the air.
All of them were creations of the Void Realm.
All of them belonged to Noar.
Noar slowly raised his hand.
The void itself moved with him.
"You came here to claim power," Noar said calmly. His voice echoed across the endless darkness.
"But you seem to misunderstand something, Zorwath."
The shadows behind him twisted violently.
"This realm is not darkness."
