Chapter 18 "We Must Defend until the Last Stand"
After proposing that we will attack on the northern front using the field that's still covered by forest which the GOC ignored because they have not deployed their Rapid Forest Ranger (RFR) into this sector which have been deployed to take care the remaining resistance movement in the remains of People's Socialist Republic of Indies that's still blinded by their patriotism. Considering that most of this resistance was just militia armed with old bolt action rifles, hunting rifles and even traditional weapons that were still functional which were last seen in 1910 from the rebellions that was done by some communist and some monarchy, they probably can be eradicated by the GOC forces in less than a month, most likely.
Walking down the river, the mud cover some of our bodies, I was only allowed to lead 150 people that can still fight, they swear their lives until their death to stay besides me even if I died. We don't have many time nor advantage, due to the main army and the 15th militia army fighting their last stands against the GOC attack. If our attack successfully disturb the supply lines, Then we will win by end of the May, likely the GOC have guarded their supply lines to avoid any attack by the cartel.
After a few hours moving down the river and mud, we eventually see the GOC supply lines camp. There's some soldiers and snipers staying alert but the defense was not guarded.
As I survey the camp, a PMC soldier that was called by Kiriyama approaches me. "Pleasure to serve under you sir, you can call Toyotomi, I was ordered by Kiriyama to guide you to lead our victory."
After he introduced himself, he calmly surveys the camp and pointed at one of the walls before looking at me. "can you stealthily kill the camp alarm? If you can then it will be easier for you to severely bleed the enemy." I nod, and pull out a dagger that I prepared before I approach the wall with the gap.
Squeezing myself inside, I immediately stab a soldier's neck infront of me that exposes his back. He struggles very hard trying to free himself from my grab, before I crack his neck after that. I let his body fall before hiding it on the tall grass, after which I immediately go to the alarm room. After I disable the alarm and reinforcements alarm, a soldier suddenly tries to attack from behind with a bayonet. He managed to stab me in my stomach before I pierce his eyes and grab his bayonet from my stomach and stab the soldier, piercing his stomach and ripping his guts. After that I sigh frustratedly before cracking the soldier's neck very hard that it almost snaps off from its body.
I try to stand carefully but I'm slowly losing my sight. But from an afar, I heard that my men immediately attack realizing that I've already disabled the alarm, storming the camp and caught all the soldier off guard, before eventually dying.
A few hours later, I wake up and realize the camp was capitulated, immediately severing the GOC army with no supplies coming. As I walk through the camp, many GOC flag was torn up and burn down and replaced with the Chaos Insurgency flag, some of the GOC Officers and some soldiers realizing that they were outnumbered then surrender.
But after reconsidering, I immediately order execution to all of them. Some soldiers suggest killing all of them with flamethrower as a punishment how the GOC treat our soldiers that fled or surrendered, I nod in agreement. Some soldiers go to the warehouse and grab some fuel and prepared the flamethrower, the GOC Officers and soldiers realizing what we're doing immediately scared for their lives and beg for mercy, but we immediately shoot the flamethrower.
It immediately engulfs all of GOC soldiers and officers in flame and as they scream for mercy but we're just repaying the price after all. They did it first, why can't we return it back to them. After they all collapsed as nothing but ashes, we just tossed all their dead bodies along with their comrades in a pit hole, before filling it up with concrete.
With the fall of the supply chain, the GOC immediately halt all their operations as their soldier starve and their vehicles run out of fuel. Using this momentum, the main army immediately launch a counter attack, some militia armed themselves with a dynamite before running into enemy tank, sure we may lose manpower easily but at the same the GOC suffers the same things.
As the smoke clears out, more than 100 light tanks were destroyed but at the same time, thousands of guts and organs scattered around as the explosion happen. With the GOC beaten here and exposed their weakness, we must attack and capitulate them quickly before they get the chance.
A few days later, after the battle ended within our favors, we immediately launch our own offensive measures with the GOC doesn't have the initiative to attack. Breaking the attacks into the last remains, the GOC only controls the coastline with their navy coast guard controlling the area, with us kicking all of the GOC out of the coast then this whole continent will be our first established command center after the fall of our commands In the California. The only reason that prevented us to attack the coast was that the GOC is putting and making defense and prepared their navy in the coast to prepare against any outcome. If we decide to attack, then they will destroy all of us because we don't the advantage.
Following the destruction of all Engineer companies and Light Armored companies, GOC have to rely on their troops on foot. The only advantage they have was their navy that stationed nearby and patrol to help defend their last stands. If that failed, their navy and ground forces must do some naval invasion and hope that their gamble doesn't go to waste. But when that time arrives, we will defend our lines until the end of the dawn.
