They call it the real world.
But reality is merely the world most agreed upon
not the only one possible.
The Real World is where humans live
or as some would say, where the Readers dwell.
It is a place where time moves forward,
space has direction,
and causality is treated as sacred.
All possible worlds,
all alternate realities ever imagined,
echo back into the Real World like distant reverberations.
Every human choice
every action,
even every idle daydream
gives birth to a branching path of possibility.
But only one branch "lands" in the Real World.
A single thread of reality manifested from a vast web of potential outcomes.
"We live in just one outcome among billions of possibilities.
And elsewhere…
we failed, we triumphed, we died, we were born
or we were never even conceived."
The Real World is the result of multi-semantic compression
a metaphysical process through which only the most causally stable world is deemed "real."
Yet anomaly scientists have proven that
fragments from the unchosen worlds still leave traces behind.
They call it "possibility resonance."
"Someone dreamed they were a monster.
And upon waking, found their hands stained with blood.
We don't call that a dream. We call it a semantic leak."
Some Class Impossible Anomalies are believed to originate from
possible worlds rejected by the Real World.
They are the products of realities that were never "approved" to exist,
but breached our reality through glitches, existential fractures, or vortex resonance.
The Real World cannot accept them,
but it also cannot reject them.
So they remain anomalies of misalignment,
belonging to worlds that should never have been.
In the deepest existential archives,
it is written that every person once had alternate selves
in worlds that were never realized.
A soldier who became a poet.
A child who was never born,
yet became a God in the thirty-seventh possible world.
"Sometimes I feel like I could have lived a different life…"
That is not delusion.
That is resonance from the world you left behind.
The Real World is filled with dreamers and writers
those who unknowingly tap into,
and touch the edges of possible worlds.
They write stories, paint realms, birth mythologies.
And some of them shatter the limits of reality,
allowing the possible to bleed into the actual.
"Imagination is not creation.
It is transmission
from a world that never was,
into a world unaware that it is being changed."
The Real World is not the only world.
It is merely the activated version.
And beneath its surface,
other worlds tremble
waiting for their chance to be realized.
"You live in the most likely world.
But that does not mean it's the most true."
