Sheng Tang drank a cup of coffee, feeling quite energetic in the morning.
At noon, she called Qin Lin.
Qin Lin answered the call with an unwilling expression and immediately asked, "What do you want?"
Sheng Tang was infuriated, that ungrateful little bastard. She had saved him from a dangerous situation, and this was how he treated his savior.
"I need to talk to you!"
Qin Lin agreed to meet her at a small dessert shop next to the school gate where they could have some drinks.
The weather was getting warmer day by day, with early spring in the air. Clusters of forsythia blossoms hung golden and vibrant on the branches, casting an exuberant aura over the campus.
Sheng Tang met Qin Lin, who kindly ordered her a cake and milk tea.
Although Sheng Tang didn't dare eat these, her heart felt slightly warmed. Qin Lin might not be entirely hopeless after all.
"Are you still in charge of the opening ceremony performance?" Sheng Tang asked him.
