Ye Cheng's handsome face was expressionless as he glanced at her.
"I..." Zimei was momentarily at a loss for words, but steadied herself and said, "You mentioned working overtime at the office, so I came to find you."
"Is there something you need?" Ye Cheng asked in a cold tone.
It was almost eleven at night.
"No, I just wanted to see you," Zimei said frankly.
Ye Cheng quietly looked at her for several seconds, then pushed open the glass door and walked into the office area.
Zimei stared blankly as he went inside, turned on the lights, and headed to his office. She stood there hesitating whether to go in, but finally, she gritted her teeth and stepped inside.
After all, he hadn't told her to leave.
Ye Cheng turned on the computer, and before sitting down heard the sound of high heels nearing. He looked up at her and asked, "Why did you come in?"
