"I was about to arrange for the Dai family to be relocated to Star Luo City for their safety."

Flames engulfed the city.
Screams of terror filled the air.

After observing for some time, he reached the designated meeting point a barren hilltop surrounded by colorful wildflowers.
Standing at the summit, he scanned his surroundings nervously.
He was waiting for Zhongli Wu.
Moments later, Zhongli Wu's voice echoed in his mind.
"Netherworld, what's the situation in White Tiger City?"
The Netherworld Douluo bowed deeply, his voice filled with excitement.
"Master, the situation is in our favor!
"Based on my reconnaissance, White Tiger City only has two powerful defenders Yan Shaozhe and Cai Meier.
"The strongest individuals aside from them are merely Soul Douluo level.
"It's the perfect opportunity!"
