Hikari dashed towards Professor, and Professor then took out a potion from his bag, and he threw it towards Hikari. Hikari was able to dodge it, but that potion then exploded and caused a big smoke near there. but the smoke color is different. It was a pink.
However, Hikari just put that away and continued to dash towards the professor. The professor then just aimed his gun at Hikari and shot it.
Hikari saw it, but he just kept dashing towards the professor. Hikari got hit by it, but as he got hit by it, he continued to dash forward, and with that, he then left a scratch on the professor.
The professor then uses the arm on his back and holds Hikari. Hikari got stopped by it, and he then formed a sword on his left arm and then cut Professor's right hand, and as he did that, Professor then charged the gun on his left arm and charged it towards Hikari.
That bullet was supposed to hit Hikari. But then Professor saw a crystal on Hikari's left shoulder glow up, and somehow it just changed the direction of his shot away, and he missed the shot. The professor was so shocked by that, as it was the only chance he had.
Hikari then swings a sword that is attached to his left arm and attacks the professor, which causes the professor to get killed by it. Hikari saw the professor finally fall to the ground as his body also got cut in half.
Hikari then went to Aikari to see if he was alright.
As Hikari got to the ground, he saw a lot of mess there. But Aikari seems to be well. So he was then just glad because of that.
Aikari wanted to ask Hikari about his right arm, but before he could, he saw the arm grow again; it turned from metal into his arm. So Aikari didn't ask anything about that.
Since everything seems to be over Aikari then asks Hikari,
"Should we return now?"
Hikari nods and then tells Aikari that he wanted to make some investigation and hopes Aikari will be okay with it.
Aikari tells Hikari that he didn't care about it and was willing to follow Hikari. So Hikari then proceeds to look around to find if there's something that weird there.
As they looked around, they saw Professor and his allies' weapons there.
There's also their dead body there. So Hikari and Aikari buried them, and as they did, they saw Nefier glow again.
Aikari takes it out and asks,
"What's wrong? Is there something that is coming?"
Nefier then stopped glowing, and suddenly Aikari and Hikari could hear both of Vekanimous and Andrius' voices talking about the same thing at the same time.
"No, there's nothing more. It's just that I need your help to do something that I don't think you are willing to do."
Aikari then makes a weird face and asks.
"Just spill it out. If you think I'm not going to help, then why are you saying it?"
Both voices laugh, and then it says that it must be because they know how to manipulate Aikari. Aikari then just heard out Andrius and Vekanimous's request. Because he knows it must be something important.
-Chapter 6-
-_The Herald's Sword_-
"As you defeat them, I finally understand who you are. Aikari."
"You have an ability to hear other people's thoughts, do you?"
They're saying that out loud, and Hikari also heard it. When Hikari heard that, he then just wondered if Aikari had heard everyone's thoughts before this. However, it feels like nothing to him, but he wonders if the others know this.
Since Hikari knows that kind of thing won't work on him. That is why. But to know Aikari has that kind of ability, it really piqueshis interest. However, he then just continues to hear about everything.
Aikari nods, and he tells both beasts that it was true. But he wasn't really sure if he was doing that on purpose. It's more like, whenever he sees this certain person, then he already knows.
So he then tells both of the beasts,
"Even if I did, then I won't use it. I'm using that kind of ability. So that the people could understand each other. So that I can confirm their motive and choose what is right and what is wrong."
Upon hearing that from Aikari. The both beast then was so glad.
Without any warning, suddenly there's a path opened, which leads them inside the wall. It looks like a hidden cave, but that cave is full of silver metal. Which it looks similar to Hikari's left arm.
The trails on Aikari's sword then showed the way to both of them. It was going deeper inside of that cave, and it seems like there's something that might happen there.
Is this a sacred place? Or was it a secret of this world that no one has ever known?
Aikari then was about to step in, but Hikari holds him and says.
"I could feel a power of another world inside of that. It seems like there is something inside there that is too powerful. But I'm sure that we both can work together to obtain it."
Aikari nods his head, and they both then continue to pursue forward.
As both Aikari and Hikari stepped inside, the entrance then closed. They thought that there would be a fight there, but they didn't see anything in there other than a reflection of themselves everywhere.
Until they saw a moving reflection. They both begin to look at it closely, as they could feel a danger from it. They both take out their weapon and continue to look at it.
As that reflection was moving, they could see a person in a mask. That person is looking at them, and they could see that person was unarmed, so they feel less threatened by it.But they didn't put their weapon down, and Hikari then asked that person who he was.
That person then turns around and looks at them. They weren't sure what kind of expression that the man gave to them, but it seemed like that person was expecting their arrival.
So he then looks towards the both of them.
"I'm the savior of this world, Havlas. What is your objective here?"
Aikari then thinks for a while. After taking some time, he then steps ahead and tells Havlas,
"I don't know. but I think there is a reason why we met each other, and I want to know it."
When Havlas heard what Aikari said. He then stepped ahead. He then tells Aikari and Hikari that the power that he received was a power to protect the herald's palace. That is why he didn't use it too much.
But he knew that Aikari and Hikari were up to something. So he then gets into his fighting stance and says.
"Then, without talking more about this. Shall we begin the true test for the both of you?"
Suddenly they couldn't even see Havlas, and it caused both of them to get shocked by it. They both then begin to search around for Havlas, but they are unable to see anything.
"This is a tactic in the battle. This is not an ability. But I'm sure that none of you prepared for this, did you?"
Suddenly Aikari saw a blink of a light, and he was then suddenly hit by a very sharp weapon that caused him to bleed. But Hikari's ability heals him back.
Havlas then was so surprised as he saw that. So he then makes a deal with Hikari and Aikari.
"Hey, my majesty. I know about your ability and such. But it's not going to entertain me here, is it? So, what if you remove it from your friend and let him fight me? If he wins, then I will grant one of his wishes and yours."
Hikari was so shocked as he heard Havlas was going to make a deal with him. He didn't think that he should agree with it, as it could be dangerous for Aikari. But when he looked at Aikari, he could feel an unbreakable spirit from him.
Looking at that, Hikari was so sure that Aikari won't turn this offer down. So Aikari then steps ahead and draws his sword.
Hikari also falls back after seeing Aikari doing so. Havlas looked at Aikari, and he then asked Aikari.
"Did you think you would be able to defeat a monster like me? But to think that you have such bravery, I'm sure that you think you will be able to."
Hikari wears off his ability on Aikari, and Aikari then gets ready for the battle with Havlas.
A monster with the speed of light, something that we're unable to see. Just how will we defeat it?
Aikari was thinking about that, and suddenly the two voices on his sword then spoke to him through his thoughts.
"We're here too. Those heralds of monsters are against all three of us."
Aikari nods, and suddenly he sees his sword is covered with the glowing white light, and he then doesn't see Havlas anywhere. But when he looked at the glass around the place, he could see a reflection of a shadow near him. So he then quickly swings that sword towards it.
But that's not affecting much as he thought. He didn't hit anything at all, and as he was thinking about it, suddenly he saw a bright light in front of his eyes, and that light was coming towards him, leaving a scratch on his arm.
Blood came out of Aikari's arm. But Aikari just keeps watching around, and he is going to find a way to defeat Havlas.
Havlas didn't attack him as much as he thought, but instead Havlas was targeting certain points on his body and waiting for the right time to attack.
Maybe that was the style Havlas was fighting. So Aikari needed to concentrate on the time Havlas was going to attack and parry it on time, or he would end up getting beaten.
Aikari saw another flash, and he was too slow to parry it, and it caused him to get dealt serious damage on his body. So Aikari then stabs his sword on the ground, and suddenly a lot of trails come out of it, and it all flows over everything on there.
It also reveals Havlas's location and Aikari then goes to fight with Havlas barehanded. Since if he picks up Nefier, it will cancel the skill there. So he then just needed to fight with Havlas barehanded, as Havlas also didn't fight with a weapon.
Havlas was so shocked as he saw that, and he also got into his fighting stance, and then he dashed towards Aikari with incredible speed.
Aikari then reached for Havlas's arm to stop him and kick him down, but Havlas was too quick.
Havlas kicked Aikari's back, and it caused Aikari to lose his stance. But Aikari then just quickly turns around and gives Havlas a hit with his fist.
Havlas is then going to move to dodge, but he feels heavy that he didn't get to dodge it. Havlas then blocked the attack from Aikari, and he just stood still. He tried to look around for the things that caused him to feel heavy, and that is when he saw that the force was coming from Aikari's sword.
He didn't see anything, but when he concentrated on it, he then saw a lot of trails bursting out from Aikari's sword. He knows that it must be what caused him to feel heavy, and he then wants to go towards the sword, but Aikari pulls him back and then knocks him down.
Aikari then gives Havlas a punch directly on his chest. Aikari thinks that it was enough to stop Havlas. But then Havlas kicked Aikari and rolled to the side.
Havlas looked at Aikari and smiled.
"Are you my worthy opponent?"
Aikari smiled back and replied,
"Well, let's find that out."
Havlas then dashed into Aikari at the speed of light, and Aikari blocked it. Aikari then exchanges punches with Havlas, and their battle begins to get faster and more intense.
Hikari, who was watching on the side, was so shocked to know that Aikari was that much in a fistfight. It was interesting. But for him, it's still unknown about Aikari's Origin. Maybe there was a past of Aikari's that he didn't know, and maybe one day Aikari will tell him.
