This pillar of light was majestic, boundless, and overwhelming.
It was so powerful that the entire sky above the ocean turned blue gold.
The sea boiled.
Waves surged hundreds of meters high.
All the creatures of the ocean from the smallest fish to the most ancient beasts felt the divine pull and instinctively swam toward the surface, desperate to witness the arrival of their god.
In that moment, the entirety of the ocean recognized their new ruler.
