High IQ: I may not know how to create AI well but I can be very good at manipulating Biology
Expansive HQ: My base is on a island near a volcano
Deep Pockets: Why build AI when I can pay scientists to do it for me and I believe that everyone has a price it's just a matter of how much.
Short Coming: Monologuing
I can admit that I have a problem with Monologuing right as I'm about to win but what's the point of winning if you can't gloat.
My enemies are: Licensed Characters
The Justice League mostly by that I mean most of the time but who else can claim to be the enemy of the entire League.
My minions: Goons
Dumb but lovable
They have: Questionable diploma, Second rate superweapons, Impractical Implements
Questionable diploma: Some of them claim to be experts at their craft like for example one says that they're a great thief but in practice they suck and get caught immediately.
Second rate superweapons: I have to be on a budget in order to pay the scientist I've hired so I've kinda sorta made something that would sorta work against the hero's trump card whatever that may be. The only good thing about them is that they're easy to reassemble due to the budget.
Impractical Implements: They always threaten the scientists I hired into adding something that wouldn't work into their battle suits which I provide but they don't listen.
They are: Serial Bungler, Hilariously overconfident, Captive taker, Stormtrooper Shooting
Magnetic Attraction: They're like dominos
Hilariously overconfident: Probably doesn't help that I give them battle suits that increase their strength.
Captive taker: They are not going to kill on site since why would I wanna kill my victims when I have gloating to do
Stormtrooper shooting: The AI in the battle suits help them to aim but it doesn't work sometimes
I Want to: Rule the World
Once a week I try to take over the world as a formality and when that fails I just decide to do my truly evil schemes such as creating video ads that last for 8 seconds and can't be skipped.
