She felt his intense eyes on her as she moved around, but Belle was now determined to ignore him. It was only when she had finished stopping the bleeding and was standing up to remove the bloody sheet and torn shirt that she felt warm fingers wrap around her wrist, pulling her gently back down to sit on the rug.
Rohan tilted his head to the side to look up at her blank, displeased face. He knew she was upset that he had gone out when he should have been resting. He hadn't told her about it because he knew she wouldn't have allowed him to go, and what had taken him out was so important he couldn't postpone it for another day.
