The Ancient Imperial Calendar, Year 1819
My story dates back 111,819 years ago.
In my time, there was no war, massacre, polygamy, or rape.
People lived in harmony with peace, tranquility, and nature.
The Human Soul had not yet been tainted by sin.
I, too, was an ordinary human living in those times.
Like every human, I was happy, I was sad, I lost loved ones, I fell in love and married, but I had no children.
I died of old age at eighty-nine.
In those days, people barely lived until their thirties at most.
Those past thirty were considered elderly.
I had lived so long that people treated me like a historical relic.
I was the spiritual leader and advisor of my tribe.
Of course, my real story began with my death.
After I died, I left my mortal body as a Spirit and ascended to the heavens.
As a Spirit, I couldn't see what I looked like, but my instincts gave me the feeling I had returned to my thirties.
It was as if I had become younger after death.
Adapting to my spirit form took a very long time, but after learning everything, I was freer than ever.
I could circle the world in seconds and be in many places at the same time.
During this journey, I met many Spirits.
But what affected me the most was the stars.
The fact that the flat land we lived on was actually round had already shocked me enough.
What truly shocked me was that the stars were also massive and round, just like the land we lived on.
Even more interestingly, there were countless of them.
Curiosity seized my entire Soul. I began to travel to each star one by one. During this journey, I encountered something.
I found a tiny speck of white dust, whiter and more beautiful than snow, smaller than our fingernails.
I named this tiny thing "Stardust."
When I touched the tiny dust, it entered my Soul and gave me a unique power.
Light Power.
This power was something unbelievable; it gave me things I couldn't describe.
I spent thousands of years trying to learn everything about this power, and finally, I gained unique knowledge and discovered something else.
The universe has no end.
For 100,000 years, I traveled among the stars nonstop, and I realized something.
The universe was constantly expanding.
When I understood this, I stopped traveling the universe and returned home. That's when I encountered a terrifying sight.
There was a race with dark blood-red hair and eyes, sharp teeth, that fed on human blood.
They had enslaved humans, working even tiny children to death without mercy.
Contrary to the era I lived in, nature was massacred, and murder, rape, and slavery had polluted our star.
Even the Spirits weren't as I remembered.
There were pitch-black Spirits.
They haunted humans, possessed their bodies, and involved them in evil deeds.
The White Spirits were fighting the Black Spirits to protect humans.
In that moment, I understood that humans were no longer purely good beings.
They were tainted by sin.
They committed evil even after death.
I couldn't understand how things had come to this, but it didn't take long to satisfy my curiosity.
I encountered a Spirit darker than even the darkest abyss.
The Father of All Sins.
His name was Virion Vamparos.
I tried to talk to him; he didn't even deign to listen to me.
He attacked me. Using my Light Power, I defeated him without much difficulty.
I tried to talk to him again, but his pride and cruelty prevented him from even allowing me to speak, let alone answer.
This Spirit was the source of all evil. I had to destroy him.
But could a Spirit be killed?
If a Spirit died, what would happen? Would it be annihilated? I didn't know, but I couldn't allow the Father of Sins to exist.
That's when I remembered my Light Power.
I wasn't sure, but it was worth a try.
I filled my Light Power into his body.
The pitch-black Spirit was not suited for this power.
In a very short time, the Spirit exploded and vanished from existence. But millions of Sinful Spirits were still committing evil.
I couldn't remain a spectator.
First, I had to bring order to the Spirits, then to humans.
Using Light Power, I created Runanheim.
Since Runanheim was made of Light Power, it attracted all Spirits. That's when I began judging the Spirits.
I took the Good Spirits, the White Spirits, into my Kingdom, Runanheim.
As for the Evil Spirits, the Black Spirits, I had to punish them.
During my time, I had traveled every corner of the Star we lived on, even the deepest parts of the seas. That depth was pitch black.
It was the most suitable place to punish the Black Spirits.
I made massive chains from Light Power, chained the Black Spirits, and chained them all to the deepest parts of the seas.
At first, I wanted to chain them there forever, but not all their sins were the same. So I gave them punishments according to the weight of their sins—the darkness of their souls.
The judgment of the Spirits was over—or so I thought.
As long as living beings existed, death was inevitable.
At every moment, new Spirits were coming to my Kingdom, Runanheim. I had to judge them all.
At one point, both the Good Spirits and the Sinful Spirits began calling me "Judge Spirit Runanheimr."
This name was given to me by the oldest Spirits, derived from the inspiration of my kingdom, Runanheim.
Over time, I forgot my real name and started using Runanheimr.
In those times, your ancestor Harloumen had brought the Vamparos to the brink of extinction.
For ten thousand years, the Vamparos, who had enslaved and oppressed humans, were subjected to genocide by humans.
As for their souls, I chained them to the dark seas, just like I did with all other sinful spirits.
Very few entered my Kingdom as Good Spirits.
After some time passed, something happened that made me very happy.
After building Runanheim, I met the person I most desired to encounter: my one and only wife, Rehistemenna.
In life, we were passionately in love.
It was a love that had lasted since our childhood, as long as we could remember.
We dreamed of a marriage with many children and happiness, but we never had any children.
After death, as Spirits, we decided to rule as the king and queen of Runanheim and judge the Spirits. But then something we never expected happened.
Rehistemenna, a Spirit, became pregnant.
At first, neither of us understood the reason, but later I realized it was because of the Light Power.
Light Power is such a great force that it can do anything.
A force capable of creating something as vast as a realm for Spirits had also enabled a Spirit to become pregnant.
Of course, our happiness was short-lived.
When Rehistemenna's time to give birth came, she began to cry. I didn't understand why, but she seemed to have realized it instinctively.
When a Spirit becomes pregnant, to give birth to their children, they must sacrifice their own existence.
In life, Rehistemenna never wanted to give up on the children she always desired, so she sacrificed her own existence, even at the cost of being annihilated.
I was furious. So furious that I could have destroyed the entire universe. But my wife wouldn't have wanted that, and neither did I. Then I would have become more sinful than the Sinful Spirits I judged.
More importantly, I would have betrayed my wife's sacrifice and her greatest desire.
I had two daughters: Aherlenna and Ahamenna.
Yes, Ricardo, you are descended from my bloodline.
My daughter Aherlenna, just like her mother, sacrificed herself to give birth to her child.
My other daughter, Ahamenna, was killed by you.
But I hold no hatred towards you. My emotions vanished along with my wife.
Now, before you stands me—a Judge devoid of emotions.
So tell me, Ricardo, has my story satisfied you?
