"Wait, that previous light…" John frowned. That first attack that came that diffused into sparks did something that allowed the needle to pass through.
"Get rid of whatever that entered me, now."
Chuthulos appeared in front of him, alarmed.
"Brother John, what the fuck happened?! I sensed a clear breach in the power of the rune. Whatever it was, it came from another cosmic rune holder!"
"I am not feeling anything yet, but something struck me. And why is Monster Paradise not doing anything? I just commanded it to remove it." John frowned.
Chuthulos frowned. "This is bad…I think. Wait, I need to check this myself. Monster Paradise is not reacting. It's out of Monster Paradise's radar somehow."
"Alright. I'll also do a self-inspection."
John closed his eyes while Chuthulos also used his power to scan John and look into him.
