Chapter 244 - Chapter 244: The Glare-Glare Fruit

Viola, the second daughter of King Riku.

User of the Glare-Glare Fruit.

After the fall of the Riku family, due to the special nature of her Devil Fruit ability, Doflamingo did not kill her but instead brought her into his crew. Her current identity: an assassin in Trebol's Army of the Donquixote Family.

This woman was the most important figure in Bellamy's plan.

A few days later, Law finally arrived at the Sea of Fire in his submarine. The moment they met, Bellamy immediately began to explain his plan.

"The Glare-Glare Fruit user may not be strong in a direct fight, but her abilities are irreplaceable in other areas."

"Law, I need you to infiltrate Dressrosa and find Viola."

A person who has eaten the Glare-Glare Fruit can maintain a state of clairvoyance at all times, allowing them to see things from a distance within a 4,000-kilometer radius centered on themselves. Not only that, but they also have the ability to see through objects and read minds. She was an all-weather, no-blind-spot super-radar, and a high-definition, x-ray version at that.

As far as Bellamy knew, Viola had long harbored a deep-seated resentment towards the Donquixote Family. The moment she had a chance, she would undoubtedly betray Doflamingo without hesitation.

This woman also had another value to Bellamy. Her ability could easily locate the user of the Heal-Heal Fruit within Dressrosa. The little Tontatta princess was currently being held by Doflamingo in a secret room and was not easy to find. With Viola, Bellamy could maximize his gains.

"My first mate will go with you."

As a former member of a secret Marine unit, Drake would naturally participate in this operation. Hearing this, Law looked up at Drake. He had heard of the name "Dino Drake."

"I understand, Bellamy."

"I accept this mission." Bellamy's plan was much more reliable than Law's previous ideas. Law had scoured the New World and had found no weaknesses in Doflamingo. He had even considered gathering a few pirate crews and launching a brute-force attack.

Bellamy's plan was clearly much more sound than he had imagined. No matter how you looked at it, secretly allying with Viola was an excellent idea. With the help of this inside agent, they could easily infiltrate Dressrosa and even find and eliminate the core members of the Donquixote Family without a sound. The support ability of the Glare-Glare Fruit was like turning on a map hack in a fog-of-war-covered area. It seemed inconspicuous, but if used well, it was extremely overpowered.

"Drake, bring her back."

"Leave it to me, Captain." Drake nodded silently. He understood what Bellamy meant. The person the captain wanted him to bring back was not just Viola, but also Mansherry.

This was the initial phase of the plan. They would first arrive in the waters near Dressrosa and then find a place to wait. Law and Drake would infiltrate the island to find Viola. As long as they could find her, the rest would become much simpler. Bellamy had declared war on Doflamingo in the newspapers. As long as Viola learned of their identities, even if she didn't dare to defect, she wouldn't sell them out. Moreover, her ability allowed her to see into people's hearts. Since King Riku had been framed by Doflamingo and had disappeared, his fate still unknown, she would surely empathize with the hatred Law and Drake held for Doflamingo.

Bellamy's only worry was that their identities would be exposed before they found Viola. The Donquixote Family was not to be underestimated; there were a few Devil Fruit users among them that even Bellamy was wary of.

"If the mission changes, retreat immediately. Don't get entangled."

As a former Marine special agent, Drake was more experienced in infiltration than Bellamy. Law's teleportation ability was also very useful for this kind of mission. If there were no accidents, the mission should go very smoothly.

"Alright, that's the initial plan."

"Now, let's prepare to set out for Dressrosa."

After laying out his plan, Bellamy looked at Law. "Law, do you have anything to add?" Law had been in the New World for a long time and was far more familiar with it than Bellamy. He wanted to hear his opinion.

"You might run into trouble while you're waiting outside."

The New World was too chaotic. Doflamingo was constantly stirring up conflicts between the surrounding countries to sell arms. The countries near Dressrosa were at war every day; those waters were not calm.

"You're more familiar with the environment there. Do you have any recommendations for a hiding spot?"

"There's an isolated island. We could check that out."

Law wasn't entirely sure about the details, as his vessel was a submarine.

"Oh, and if you can, disguise the ship." The Redwood Treasure Ship was too conspicuous. It would attract attention wherever it went. Even Law couldn't help but marvel at it when he first saw it.

"Indeed." Law's suggestion was very reasonable. "Alright then. We'll set out first and disguise the ship as we go."

There were too many variables on these seas. Even Bellamy couldn't say for sure how things would turn out. But this was the most reliable plan he could come up with.

And so, on the shores of the Sea of Fire, the Bellamy Pirates and the Heart Pirates officially formed an alliance. The pact was not very binding; their sole common goal was to kill Doflamingo. In terms of personality, Law and Bellamy were not at all alike. If not for their shared hatred, Law would not have been so agreeable.

Afterward, Bellamy asked Law to perform a full-body treatment on all the members of the Bellamy Pirates. After consuming large quantities of life-draining stimulants, their internal organs had suffered varying degrees of damage. Law's Op-Op Fruit was almost omnipotent when it came to physical therapy. With just one ROOM, he could see the condition inside Bellamy's body with perfect clarity. Removing toxins, excising damaged organs, and reconnecting severed nerves were all effortless for him.

With a simple surgery, the accumulated toxins in Bellamy's body were completely cleansed. If not for the fact that his overdrawn lifespan and potential could not be restored, Bellamy would have called him the greatest doctor. But this world didn't just have physical therapy; there was also magical healing that science couldn't explain. The completely illogical healing ability of the Heal-Heal Fruit, as long as one was willing to pay the price, was far more overpowered than what Law had just demonstrated.
