From outside, it looked like the formation was only ten meters wide but it was a totally different thing once one came inside. Alex looked at the hundred meters wide clearing in front of him, the three men stood at the extreme edge and stared at him.
Looking around, he could still see the other candidates who were watching him outside but they seemed very far away. It was as if he was back in the arena of the stadium of Balon City and the candidates were watching from the Spector's stands.
'A space compression formation maybe?' Alex thought. He didn't show much outward reaction to the sudden increase in space which surprised the three men slightly.
Without wasting time, a magic beast appeared in front of Alex.
It was a huge dog beast with large teeth poking from the side of its mouth. Just like the other beasts that had appeared during the test of the rest of the kids, this dog gave the same feeling as the red-eyed bear when Alex first met it.
