A huge fire fist that was as large as a person soared through the air at a fast speed and crashed into the side of a huge monster that was several tens of meters away.
The fireball landed on the body of the beast and created a huge explosion that pushed the beast to the side forcefully.

The beast let out a loud angry roar as it staggered and prevented itself from falling, a large part of the beast's body hard been charred black but the explosion did not manage to blast a hole through its tough skin.
"Tch, how resilient." Someone clicked their tongue in dissatisfaction.
"Hold it in place, I'll finish it off!" A loud shout resounded from behind as a strong gust of wind blew in all direction, a man in a leather jacket and black pants stood behind a group of 3 people, his eyes were covered by black sunglasses and he had a fierce expression.
"Aye!" The three people in front shouted in response as they released powerful auras and charged at the magic beast. The three of them were a group of two men and one woman.
The three of them quickly summoned dazzling stars of different elements as they got closer to the beast and formed two star patterns each in a blink of an eye, their speed of connecting the stars was very fast and wasn't any slower then Alex's speed of connecting them!
After forming their star patterns, all through of them launched their spells at the beast in unison.
"Fire claw!"
"Siren shots!"
"Light ray!"
The three of them shouted the names of their spells. Two blazing red star patterns released a burst of mana before forming into a large claw that was entirely made of flames and flew toward the beast in the distance.
Two bright blue star patterns glowed even brighter and released countless water bullets that rained down on the beast. Lastly, the two gold star patterns of the light element glowed before releasing a fast flash of golden light that shot toward the beast.
The three spells reached the beast in less than a second and collided with it. The fire claw slammed into its large body and left long scorched marks, the water bullets rained down like meteorites and forced the beast to let out painful roars as they hit its body while the flash of light exploded in its face, burning its face and causing it to go blind for a second.
Despite all these, the beast did not sustain any heavy injuries after it was bombarded by three core spells. This was because it was no ordinary magic beasts.
These people were fighting against a very powerful magic beast that was at the mutated rank!
The three didn't panic after their attacks failed to cause any true damage because they had expected it, they had been fighting against this beast for a while and already knew that it would not go down so easily. Luckily, their aim was not to kill it but to hold it in place for the man in leather jacket who was behind them.
He was the one who was going to deliver the final blow!
Shinning purple stars began to appear behind him one after the other and the purple stars soon filled the sky, there were tens of them!
The stars began to connect at a crazy speed, forming into star patterns before forming into constellations.
In less than 5 seconds, two huge star constellations that were made of five star patterns each had formed behind him.
Two star constellations, this was proof that someone was at the Master mage rank!
After forming the two star constellations, a powerful and oppressive pressure enveloped the entire area as the destructive aura of the lightning element spread in all directions.
Without needing to be told, the three people who had attacked the beast earlier immediately got out of the way and moved behind the man in leather jacket while the latter stared at the magic beast with a grin on his face.
"Lightning bolt!,"
He whispered softly.

The pressure that was coming from the two Star constellations suddenly increased and caused the ground to crack. The two constellations grew in size quickly as they rose higher into the sky and moved over the magic beast.
Sensing the powerful energy that was coming from the star constellations, a dreadful glint flashed through the eyes of the magic beast and it wanted to run away; it knew that it could not take this attack with its body.
But before the beast could even move one of its huge legs, a loud cracking sound was heard and a huge purple lightning bolt that was as thick as a snake shot out from the star constellations that had stacked on top each other.
With the magic beast being the only thing under them, it because the prime target of the spell.
Like the wrath of a God descending from the sky, the lightning bolt was incredibly fast as it struck the beast before it could even react.
Boom!
The sound was akin to a loud explosion, the ground trembled violently as if an earthquake was about to happen and cracks spread for over fifty meters across the ground in all directions with the beast at the center.
The two star constellations slowly faded after letting out the destructive boldt and everything returned to normal.
The four people, three men and one woman, stared at the beast that was currently lying on the ground from afar before approaching it with calm but fast steps.
"Its dead for sure," one of the men commented.
"That's a fact, no mutated ranked magic beast could survive a spell from a master rank mage, especially not when the mage has the lightning element." Another one said from the side as they arrived at where the beast had died.
The ground around it had been shattered completely and a huge hole had pierced through the body of the beast, through which the other side could be seen.
"Damn, the lightning element is too ruthless, not a single drop of blood left." Someone exclaimed after looking at the wound.
"Well, at least we finally killed it, this area can be claimed now. Dig out its core and move the corpse back to camp. We'll look around some more to make sure that no other beast is hiding nearby." The man in leather jacket ordered as he fixed his sunglasses. From his tone, it was easy to tell that he was the leader of this group.
"Aye!" The three replied in unison and immediately got to work.
Just as they had started to look for the mana core of the beast, the only woman in the group stood up as something that looked like a phone appeared in her hand.
After taking a glance, she turned to look at the man in leather jacket before calling out.
"Branch leader, it's for you." she said as she touched the phone at him. The latter easily caught it before bringing it close to his ears.
"What is it?" he spoke up.
After staying silent for just a few seconds, the expression on the branch leader's face changed drastically as he slowly lowered the phone.
He turned to look at the three mage who were working on the corpse of the dead beast and shouted.
"Everyone pack up, We're returning to Balon city immediately!"
